Lotus Therme Hotel & Spa

Bell boys did　not bring our baggages, only said "Hello" and "Bye". The omelet of the breakfast that I had eaten at this hotel was the lowest omelet in eating. (However, that might not have been an omelet. )

We just stayed one night, so I can refer to this place only as a hotel experience and not as a spa. The staff was super nice - one of the best I have experienced so far -, the breakfast was good, but the hotel is nothing special otherwise. I would give it a 3/4star rating rather than a 5 star based on my 5star worldwide experiences.

The hotel room was too warm at night and the air conditioning doesn't work properly, even if I set the temperature to 15 degrees Celsius, and to full fan speed it was the same temperature as before, except the vent was very loud. Poor choice of TV channels (only CNN in English), no internet access.

the facilities were good,the hotel is a bit tired and not 5 star,a good floor show.
