I loved the condo. It was very clean and well furnished. I also liked the location. The only thing I didn't like was, there wasn't a door on the master bathroom.
Liked the location. Close to shopping, and dining. The door key did not work, had to call the night staff, to have someone come and open the door, that only took a few minutes.
Location The beds were so uncomfortable we checked out after only one night.
Room was great. Resort public areas were great. Both pools were awesome and the kids loved the playground. When I booked the room I felt I was booking a room with a king bed but it ended up only being a double. A little dissappointed about that.
Hotels location was perfect for visiting shows. Bathroom lighting was poor and bathroom was small, but adequate for 2 people.
We liked the hotel very much. This was our second time to stay here. The location was good, the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the beds were VERY comfortable. I forgot 2 nice shirts in the closet and they mailed them to me. Will stay there again.
this was a great place to stay.Clean, comfortable, and we will be staying here again.
Staff not overly friendly. Also had to put up with usual timeshare sales pitch.
Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, nicely furnished units. Mattresses pretty worn, need updating. Had old style TV's, no flat screens.
The location was wonderful. Perfect for getting around town but also good for peace and quite. The grounds were lovely, well manicured. Did not like the way the condo was arranged. The bedroom was in the very front as you come into the door. It seemed so far away from the living area. Also, the rooms are tiny. No room for luggage in bedroom. Had to put suitcases in living room.
Great rooms for very reasonable price. Not comfortable with master bedroom not having a door on it. Prefer more privacy for showering and toilet use.
Very nice staff, clean, and comfortable.Great price and nice place for a one night stay. No breakfast, walk way to room could use a little work.windows could use a room darken shade or dark curtains because outside light shined in all night. I like my room dark at night.
I really liked the proximity to all the shows and Silver Dollar City that the hotel is located at off Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. I enjoyed the breakfast. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms were great! I have stayed there several times and I have never been disappointed.
The cleanliness was great! Also the sign that says the duvet covers are washed daily was very good to see- if it is true. Pillows were comfortable and plenty. It was just very no frills. I've paid less at a nicer hotel. I felt that for the appearance of the room and comfort of the bed it was overpriced. Bed was not plush but was hard and bouncy.
This hotel was re-modeled but definitely does not feel like a new hotel. Management is nice enough and room is clean. Pool is nice. But they have 2 CSPAN channels and no CNBC or other business channel. Wireless internet seems okay if you can find a spare electrical outlet. I had to plug my cell phone in the bathroom to recharge.
We chose this hotel for location, price and wanted an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy. The location was great for what we had planned, the room clean, staff friendly and overall good choice for the money. The disappointment was that the pictures online could not clearly depict that the indoor pool that we very nice, clean, well heated, and spacious was in a separate building as was everything. This was the old motel style rooms with all outside hallways and doors also. The breakfast room was small and in a separate small building also, but the food was good. I would stay there again if the weather was going to be warmer, but for the colder months we'll make another choice.
A good clean comfortable hotel with helpful and courteous staff. Room was clean, bed was comfortable enough and AC worked fine which was nice since temps topped 100 for two days. Breakfast lacked variety but had all the staples you would want. Location good for shows. We were within a 15 minute walk to several of the theaters. On the whole good value for the money and would recommend.
This is a nice place to stay. The hotel is new and was a pleasure to stay in.
The front desk was very neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was set up very well. The room was very damp and therefore the floor felt very dirty, and the nonsmoking room smelled so bad I bought air freshner and we kept the A/C off (because of the dampness) and the door open to try to dry out the room.
I stayed four nights. I had no issues with this hotel, and that is what you want. I went to Branson for a good time, the hotel made that possible. Negatively speaking, no bugs, no bad smells, no loud noises, not too far from things. not too much money. If I were to return this is where I would want to be.
Nice pool, that's about it. Won't stay again, breakfast was bad.
Hotel was fine. Wish they had an outdoor pool. The indoor pool was small and crowded all the time. Sauna was nice touch, but also crowded. Pool was in a beautiful building, but not easy to use.
Good value, good location not right on the main street. Easy access to downtown area.
From the front desk people, to the immaculate,good-smelling room, to the excellent FREE breakfast the overnight stay was wonderful.
Well lite area good community around not a lot of traffic on this stretch of road but close to everything you need
Very affordable, clean, and staff was friendly. They had a free cookout for memorial day weekend. Great location very little traffic but just a couple minutes from the main strip My only complaint is the bed was very stiff.
