Pick up and drop off was super fast and efficient. The team at the westend were helpful. I would say the value for the rental was overpriced. I did need a rental due to my car breaking down just to get me and my family around the city and it cost a little over $1000 for a week and just 397 kilometres driven total for a car. That makes it around $2.52/kilometre. This was the main reason why I didn’t extend my rental and I sought out other solutions.Opinión del 4 ago 2023

Booked a vehicle through Kayak, selected Airport drop-off. Arrived at Enterprise, only to be told that off-site drop off is not allowed and I'd be fined a $1000+ fee. I booked this vehicle specifically so I can drive myself to the airport. This defeated the entire purpose of the rental. Luckily they did not charge me for the booking.Opinión del 31 ago 2022

I paid kayak $120 when I dis my booking but money went in to waste. Enterprise cancelled on me because they over booked. I lost my $120.00 and my booking. I got car from Turo at the last minute. Worst experience with Kayak and Enterprise. I would never recommend kayak and enterpriseOpinión del 1 ago 2022

I liked that the exchanged vehicle provided more room for moving boxes to a storage unit. However, I was very, very disappointed when the tailgate door did not open within a half hour of getting the rental and never did open the entire rental period. This led to not being able to load and unload boxes from the tail end of the vehicle, only the side doors so it was more difficult for me to place and remove boxes and could never fully load all the space.Opinión del 27 jul 2022
