Reserved a medium size car at the Atlanta airport. The wait time to pick up the car was going to be 3-4 hours. But surprisingly they had plenty of full size SUV’s available for a $250.00 per day up charge that could only be returned to Atlanta airport. Hertz was not the only rental car company at Atlanta airport with long waits to pick up cars. It was the Worst experience I have ever had renting a car.Opinión del 19 ago 2023

Train the people in Atlanta to be courteous and helpful. One of the employees at drop off wouldn’t let me ask him a simple question about the bill. He quickly brushed me off and said go to the office and talk to the manager before I even asked him what I needed to know. Then when I attempted again he shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes. He got my full feedback on being respectful. Better training needed. We’re in need of help not attitude. ThanksOpinión del 24 jun 2023

Cleanliness and state of car. Mostly I couldn’t get any help from customer service on returning and got charged extra because they couldn’t answer a phone or know an answer about returning when I finally did get aholdOpinión del 3 jun 2023

Nobody was there to show me to the car or to tell me which cars were available for my reservation. I had to run around the parking lot with my suitcases looking for someone to help me. Car was not fully charged even though I paid for the refuel option. When I asked the associate she said that’s how it works and was generally unhelpful and distracted.Opinión del 26 may 2023

two hours to pick up a rental car. You know how to TAKE a reservation, you just don't know how to KEEP a reservation. You had reservations from every one of us in those lines (yes, MULTIPLE lines.) Could yo unot have predicted the peak load and staffed better? You HAD more positions available for staff at the counter.Opinión del 23 may 2023
