It was well situated in BFN and also was nice and quiet.
Clean, good, comfortable bed and bedding. The linen and towels are very nice and clean. At the parking space is a big mess-up with garden trash. That was not a friendly welcome to face, just as you arrive! Defnitely not the 5 stars worth!!
The room and accommodation far surpassed any expectation. The room was luxurious and pampered all the senses. The service was thoroughly professional.

We didn't actually stay at the Dersley. We only found this out when we arrived that we were staying at the Upper Dersley, so cannot comment what it was like at the Dersley. Bathroom was down the hallway, not ensuite but this was at the Upper Dersley
The accomodation was superb. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was really very special. the way the room had been layed out and decorated was amazing. The jacuzzi bath was the cherry on the top.The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were not enough soaps and shampoo's in the bathroom.
Warm, clean, nicely decorated rooms, great bed, huge bathroom and great breakfast. Extremely comfortable. Welcoming staff.
This is not a 4 star facility. The buildings and garden and finishes are not what is expected from a 4 star rating. Very disapointing.
Nothing. room dirty, doors broken, linen torn and dirty, duvet cover had holes. the springs were coming through the mattress. old furniture covered with a dirty throw. room was stinking like it hadnt been airated. i booked this room for my parents as they were travelling from cape town to joburg, and saw that on your website this was suppose to be a 4 star hotel, i wouldn,t give this any. also, you mention a 24 hour front desk available, owner/manager had to be called when my parents arrived in the afternoon of the 24 sept. cause he was sleeping. if i had not already paid for the 1 Oct. i would have definitely chosen another hotel. above is what i did not like about the hotel. what i feel is that we are getting the qrong end of the stick when we booked online as what you are telling us is not what we got.
