Ventajas: Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño para Hong Kong. Los ascensores tardarán un rato, siempre que vayan con Uber o con un plan de taxi en 15 minutos más. Durante las vacaciones esto puede ser mucho más. La experiencia del salón con la excepción del personal allí es excepcional que van encima y más allá.
Desventajas: Los pasillos y las zonas comunes estaban demasiado perfumados. El personal de la limpieza era meticuloso, sin embargo, se mantuvo parcialmente usando gafas pensando que iban a reutilizarlas. Por ejemplo, yo tendría una copa de vino sin embargo no pudo terminar el 25% de la izquierda de la casa de cristal teniendo en cuenta que yo mantendría la copa y la bebería al día siguiente. Esto fue un poco frustrante, el postre era de la misma manera. Los pasillos son muy aromáticos

Ventajas: 1. the best luxury service, when they clean your shirts, they put cufflinks on them. 2. the pool is very nice, I love it with a massage water machine, no where to be seen in any Hong Kong hotel. 3. very nice breakfast, with A LOT of selection of cheeses, pastries (Berlin donut)... exceptional.
Desventajas: - at checking, the staff will press you to enter your email, I disliked not having the possibility by staff to not give email. - in the cafe, if your order a coke, they will not give you the can of coke, but give a glass that is smaller, so the bottle was opened before, less bubbles and less coke. I thought it was cheap. - some cooking at the cafe is disastrous in terms of quantity. The cooks need some upgrade their experience to European dishes.

Ventajas: when you clean a shirt, MO actually puts small cufflinks on your shirt... amazing service, I never seen that. room always perfumed, and always cleaned at the top of excellency sport room is at the top of its level with very modern equipment, unlike other 5 stars hotel where the sport room looks like 1980s soviet style sport equipment.
Desventajas: in the spa sometimes, you dont know if its a meeting place for gay, too much weird guys in the spa, I felt discomfort

Ventajas: Me gusto todo la verdad. Inmejorable ubicacion cerca de los ferrys a Macau y el star ferry. Al lado de la avenida de las estrellas y el espectaculo de luz nocturno. Con parada de metro al lado. El hotel es chulisimo, las camas una gozada. El personal de lo mas amable, servicial, atento y detallistas. NOs pusieron bombones una noche. El horario de la piscina de 6 a 23 horas para los que viajamos por turismo y pasamos mucho rato fuera es de agradecer, en el resto del pais nos fue imposble. Toallas enormes y mullidas. Si vuelvo a Hoong Kong ni lo dudaré

Ventajas: We tried Disneyland Hotel in Hongkong 2 years ago but the amenities wr a bit old. Disneyland Explorers lodge gives you a cozy ambiance. You feel at home and the staffs were welcoming and easy to deal with.

El restaurante y las áreas comunes, parecen ser una atracción turística más ... lo cual es incómodo para los huéspedes o no hay lugar para cenar o te tienes que abrir paso en los pasillos !!

Ventajas: We booked a club floor room and couldn’t have been happier. Great views, superb housekeeping, clean and comfortable. The club lounge is awesome - great breakfast, drinks and snack throughout most of the day, and terrific staff. The gym is really good for a hotel, with superb views too. The rooftop pool is lovely too.
The location is super convenient to everything in Mong Kok as well as multiple MRT lines to go elsewhere.
Desventajas: Only minor complaint was that the room tended to stay very humid.

Ventajas: El personal es servicial. Si a vuestros hijos les gustan los personajes Disney supongo que sería el lugar ideal para alojarse, ya que se les ve caminando por el hotel bastante a menudo.
Desventajas: Opciones de restaurante y los precios, que son bastante limitados con 3 restaurantes dentro del hotel. Realmente no hay ninguna otra opción para comer.

Ventajas: Ideal for Disneyland goers as there are free shuttle bus to and fro between hotel and the park. For those who likes classic hotels, this will be a good experience. Designs are dated and old, but is part of how Disneyland were built upon since it’s beginning. Would be good to renovate to go with modernity and today’s designs. Plus points, hotel provides priority pass for some rides, so this is indeed great!
Desventajas: Food is expensive and nothing to rave about. Lack choices of asian foods since it’s an American theme park. Breakfast are the exact same items daily, and noticed that bananas run out very fast without refill. The only characters appeared for my three days of breakfast were Mickey, Minnie and Tigger with Eeyore appeared on third day. It would be good to have rotating casts such as Donald Duck, Pluto, Chip n Dale, etc. Was alittle disappointing to my two kids whom were hoping for different characters daily. Housekeeping took away our anti slip mat after day one. Not sure why. Sound proofing of walls isn’t good at all. Could hear next door opening water tap sound and could hear corridor noises too.

Ventajas: Could not get better location. Overlooking the harbour and Hong Kong Island. Prime position for nightly lighting spectacular. Views to die for and only time we have ever not closed our blinds at all during our stay in a hotel.

Love the the timeless lounge for late departures, such a peaceful and comfortable room. Door men, receptionists, cleaners and concierge are lovely people. Pool very peaceful and warm. Breakfast variety perfect (only 1 suggestion for entire stay...could improve by providing fresh milk for coffee at the table). We paid for club lounge and were upgraded bedrooms on arrival which was amazing, we had a water view with huge windows, could look out there all day. Free minibar, slippers and dressing gown lovely touches. Came back from 1 hour out of the room one evening to find the minibar topped up a second time that day and ice for drinks left out. They must have psychic abilities for knowing what you’d like. Well worth paying the extra for club.

Ventajas: The hotel is very clean and modern. We stayed at the harbor view room and the view there is spectacular. The staff were exceptionally nice, they helped us with just about everything, from travel tips, restaurants and getting around. The hotel provides a phone that you can carry with you with a local sim to use as hotspot (and international calls, although we never tried that) and it made our trip a breeze. Also, the minibar is free of charge and they will refill it every day. Best value for a hotel in Kowloon.

Ventajas: Came back from South Asia raving about this hotel. Can't believe the luxury, style and amenities. I've stayed in more expensive hotels but I've never stayed in better than this. The smartphone they provide you in room with free international calls and data and Internet made wandering Hong Kong so much easier. The breakfast buffet is vast and huge and fancy and delicious. And the rooms are gorgeous and well appointed. All needs are thought of and anticipated. The staff are incredibly attentive, you feel like you're a VIP. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Six million stars.

Ventajas: Este hotel está muy bien situado en Wanchai. Está a sólo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro y es fácil coger un taxi también. No es un hotel de lujo de ninguna manera, pero está limpio y es relativamente cómodo. Si la vida nocturna está en sus planes, usted está en el "terreno cero" para la escena del club en WC. El personal es eficiente si no demasiado cálido. Me he alojado en este hotel y para mí siempre depende del precio. Si me dan la habitación a un buen precio, me quedaré, si no hay otros hoteles en la zona que son más competitivos.
Desventajas: Cuando me alojé aquí por primera vez hace 8 años, el hotel mostraba señales de desgaste, ahora está firmemente plantado en la gama "anticuada". Las zonas púbicas están bien, pero las habitaciones podrían hacer más. Una vez más, todo depende de la tarifa de la habitación en lo que se refiere al valor.

Ventajas: Great location if you’re staying in the Wan Chai area, comfortable room, reasonable size for Hong Kong, and I got a great deal for a premium room (500 HKD + 10 percent service charge)
Desventajas: The room description on the booking website indicates a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, but there was no bathtub. Apparently some rooms were recently renovated and are newer but no longer have a bathtub.

Ventajas: Location, location, location! So easy to get around the island from Wan Chai. Close to lots of bars and restaurants, as well as the convention center. It was one of the more affordable options too.
Desventajas: The staff ended up putting me in a room with two twin beds (when I asked for one queen) AND it was on a smoking floor AND they insisted that they could not move me. Beware -- only about half of the floors in this hotel are non-smoking. Ugh.

Desventajas: No way this hotel should be rated as a 4 stars hotel . The bathroom is tiny and outdated ! We called the reception to ask for 2 extra bottles of water (very small size)and the reception girl answer that there will be a charge 10$ for 1 !

Desventajas: The hotel was undergoing renovation. But I have been told that no work will be done on public holiday (Christmas). Nevertheless I was woken up at 9am on Christmas Day by a worker drilling the wall just in the room next door. I complained two times, the second time I was given an upgraded room far away from construction. Regarding the cleanliness, both room had dirty and moldy bathrooms. The sheets were grey. I think this hotel has great potential, With a little care for the customers
