Ventajas: Nos gusto todo, la dueña un amor, su gente tambien, trato personalizado, buena comida, excelente ubicacion. Super nice!!

Ventajas: El servicio del personal es increíble!!! Se esmeran en dar un servicio personalizado. todos son absolutamente amables. La comida y licores muy buenos. El diseño del hotel es muy lindo, lleno de detalles.

Desventajas: El colchón hundido y las almohadas muy blandas, como es un hotel boutique deberían ofrecer menú de almohadas. Creo que deben mejorar la limpieza en las habitaciones el piso siempre estuvo con arena. Los espejos y vidrios como están frente al mar necesitan limpieza constante. La cortina de la habitación es blackout pero está mal colocada, entra mucha luz.

Ventajas: El hotel DCO realmente ha excedido nuestras expectativas. La atención del personal de primera, siempre pendiente de los huéspedes. La comida espectacular e inclusive nos prepararon opciones que solicitamos y que no estaban en la carta. Las instalaciones suficientemente cómodas. Altamente recomendable.

Ventajas: Tiene el ambiente perfecto para viajes en pareja, es muy bonito, todos los detalles cuidados hasta el último y el personal y atención excelente.

Desventajas: Todo nos encantó

Ventajas: Everything was perfect, we loved how the staff was always taking care of every little detail. Room was huge and we had a lot of privacy. Massages were really good. We are definitely coming back.

Ventajas: Best part of this hotel is the comfy lounge beds at the rooms, and in front of the beach. The staff tried hard, although they spoke no english which was frustrating for a hotel this expensive. Rooms are a bit small, and was not impressed with the bathroom (we also had ants daily). Breakfast was good, and they brought nice little snacks throughout the day. Food was fairly priced as well. Beautiful beach. It's a 10 minute bumpy tuk tuk ride to Mancora town (cost 10 sole) so just know that going in. Felt it was a bit too expensive for what you get, not sure if we would stay again. Great wifi.

Desventajas: Bathroom was not enclosed, so you could hear your partner. Not great when I got sick from eating in downtown mancora... Staff didn't speak English.

Ventajas: The food, served from 12.00 pm to 10.00 pm, was absolutely delicious and served everywhere you want. Staff very attentive. Located directly at the beach...we had wonderful relaxing days.

Ventajas: The room was incredible, everything was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks from their restuarant was delicious. Would definitely reccomend and will be coming back.

Desventajas: Todo bien, un poco desolado para llegar pero el lugar es seguro , yo llegué de madrugada y todo tranquilo

Ventajas: El recinto es muy acogedor y gustosamente decorado de acuerdo a la zona, confortable, limpio, tranquilo pero sobretodo la atención personal de sus dueños fue inigualable, nos sentimos como en casa de algún pariente cercano, fueron muy acogedores Sra Judith, esposo e hijo, estamos muy agradecidas por todas sus atenciones.

Desventajas: Los zancudos, siempre impertinentes, claro que con repelente y espiral que nos alcanzaron, no tuvimos mayores complicaciones.

Ventajas: Me gustó la atención de los dueños, las instalaciones son muy acogedoras, en su mayoría muy bien.

Desventajas: La ubicación hacia la playa muy bueno, el tema es de noche muy oscuro los alrededores, y solo mejorar los ventiladores, un poco más de potencia por el calor.

Ventajas: La cordialidad, generosidad y atención al cliente por parte de el equipo de trabajo de Puerto Bamboo

Ventajas: Very nice atmosphere and such a warm welcome. One of us was sick and they helped with what medicine to buy and where to get it. Lovely rooms and nice pool. Very clean and good breakfast, every day something different. Nice fan to cool the room. Beach and best kitesurfing school in town just around the corner. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

Ventajas: Wonderful accomodation! Clean, modern, nice decor, 10min walk to the beach, friendly stuff. The first room in which we stayed also had mosquito net and a locker which is always a positive! Thank you.

Ventajas: It is very quiet, they have the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in, also the pillows were amazing. Breakfast was included, we had every day a different style of eggs. Because my friend is vegetarian, we also became fruits. This was very nice. Drinking water is free. The hotel and room is very clean. Wifi was also good. I would recommand this place

Ventajas: La atención y amabilidad de la Sra. Bertha, nos orientó sobre las actividades y tours que podíamos tomar. El desayuno muy bueno. Después del check out nos permitió guardar nuestras maletas y usar la ducha.

Desventajas: Lo único que recomendaríamos es la limpieza de la piscina.

Ventajas: El ambiente, muy acogedor, amistoso y familiar. Siempre recibí una ayuda útil y una respuesta justa. Las instalaciones están diseñadas para el relajo.

Desventajas: Falta ajustar el tema del agua en duchas... Usan ducha eléctrica pero el agua sale muy caliente. Creo que pronto cambiarán eso.

Ventajas: La limpieza de la habitación y amabilidad de Lena, la dueña y recepcionista del lugar, encantadora. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna.

Desventajas: Un poco lejos y algo dificultoso acceder al hotel, pero igual era agradable estar un poco alejado del ruido de Máncora

Ventajas: La atención personalizada y cercana. Nos dejó todo claro sobre las instalaciones y nos dió la independencia de entrar y salir a gusto. Gran espacio (terraza) y zonas verdes.

Desventajas: Que no tenía piscina

Ventajas: It was super chilled and the garden is lovely. We were given an upgrade and invited to stick around while waiting for our bus. It's far enough away from all the noisy bars and close to the beach

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Quite place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming owners.

Ventajas: Very clean and peaceful hotel nearby a cosy, outgoing city. The owners are very kind and gave us a free upgrade. We cooked a few days and the kitchen was ameezing. Its a nice place to relax and hang around.

Ventajas: The host is kind and friendly, helps you with a lot of things and speaks good english.

Desventajas: We are used to stay in hostels, but a lot of them are way better than aquamarInn. The beds are really small and the mosquito net even smaller. The room is open so there are a lot of musquitos in the room and getting in the net every time. We could barely sleep because of it, even with repellent. The shower had a dangerous system whixh gave an electrical shock. It even smoked and after that the shower was cold. It didnt feel safe. The walls of the room are thin so you hear every word of your neighbors. But maybe we we're not Lucky and were all the other guests really loud and not thinking about other guests. Also, next to our room they we're doing construction so we woke up at 8 ever day because of the noise. The Beach nearby is ugly and full of trash and dogs. The centre and better beaches are a 10 min walk. The breakfast is really simpel, after 2 days your sick of it. The Juice doesnt taste good. All in all, the price is way too expensive and there are way better (and more quite) places to stay.

Ventajas: It was realy clean. Relaxing Atmosphere. Nice people. Near to the Beach. Good Breakfast

Ventajas: El Baño estaba muy nuevo y limpio. El jardín es muy chulo y el personal muy amable.

Ventajas: very friendly and great value for money

Desventajas: probably I would have stayed closer to the main beach, but it was only a short walk.

Ventajas: Staff were friendly, location was convenient, and almost no noise from the clubs, which is very rare for Mancora. Yet it was still walking distance to everything. Right near the beach too. Good place to relax in the sun, the outdoor eating/smoking areas are very comfortable to sit around after the included breakfast. Beers and water are provided by the staff for the standard Mancora price, which was also very convenient.

Desventajas: Mosquitoes filled the room no matter what, I definitely spent most of my time under the net. Shower has 2 modes, boiling or freezing. Had to have them cold

Ventajas: Great location, in a quiet back street but still only a few minutes walk from the beach and town. Really nice staff, the owner let us in super early after a night bus and our room was ready so we could sleep. There was also fresh bread in the morning which was a really nice addition. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect!

Desventajas: There was a drain smell in the toilet. Didn't bother us too much though.

Ventajas: It's probably the friendliest, most relaxed place I stayed in Peru. Luiz is the most accommodating hostal owner - he helped sort out my bus to Lima when I was having problems, upgraded my room for my final night, let me have a late check-out and even dropped me off at the bus terminal. The place is located in a little community behind the busy and noisy main drag (it was once a camping area) and it feels more like being on a Thai island. Definitely good to be able to escape the hectic bars when you want to, but the beach is still only a short walk away. There's a kitchen there too if you don't want to eat out, plus Luiz is a keen surfer so can help you out with that.

Ventajas: Very nice place. Quiet location, nice room and nice places to chill outside. Small walk to the beach and restaurants. Store around the corner for some beers and chips. Luis is a great host, even gave us a ride to the bus station. We arrived early in the morning (6:30 a.m.) and could directly check in.

Ventajas: This hostel was great. Set 5 minute walk away from the beach and main restaurants . It is quiet at night and in a safe area . The rooms are basic but kept very clean , it also has a small kitchen where you can prepare meals if you like . Luis the owner will give you plenty of local info on where to eat / surf / swim / snorkel etc ..

Ventajas: Muy cómodo, limpio, acogedor, lo recomendamos no dude en visitarlos.

Ventajas: The place was immaculately clean, amazing value, I loved the location, only a 3 min walk to great restaurants and away from the non stop noise of the Main Street. Luis genuinely cares about his guests, he checked up on me to see if I wanted my room clean and even got me a moto taxi and made sure I was safely on my way. He was always available to answer my questions ex: getting to Mancora from the airport and onwards to Cuenca. I haven’t really encountered that type of hospitality throughout my month in Peru, and for that alone - I’d 100% recommend staying here.

Desventajas: Un poquito alejado pero caminable

Ventajas: The volunteers where very kind and helpfull. On the check-out day, we could use the room for the whole day until we left at 9pm, what a service! Also the location was perfect, not in a party hostel and in the night it was very quiet.

Desventajas: Minor detail: there where only plastic cups in the kitchen. Not very comfortable to drink your own coffee in.

Ventajas: Really nice guesthouse with rooms with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The shower was not really warm but was not really necessary with the heat in Mancora:) The guys who work there are very nice and so is the owner! We checkt in very early in the morning and we could directly into the room to get some sleep. Also when we left we could stay the hole day in our room (we had a nightbus). Id never experienced that kind of hospitallity! Really thanks for a lovely stay and i can recommend to everyone!:) also the guesthouse is a little out of center so no noise at all.

Ventajas: La relación precio calidad es muy buena, tienen cocina para el uso de los huéspedes, hamacas, y si bien no es una zona céntrica se encuentra muy cerca de la playa y del boulevard. Es una caminata de menos de 10 minutos en plano. El desayuno es bueno aunque no tiene mucha variedad. Fueron muy amables durante el check out.

Desventajas: No hay limpieza a la habitación (aunque otros hospedajes del mismo nivel tampoco lo tienen), nos fue muy difícil encontrar a las personas que atendían el hotel, inclusive para hacer el check in demoramos en ser atendidos, en general no se les podía ubicar fácilmente durante el día por lo que no fueron absueltas nuestras consultas, La llave de la puerta externa no funcionaba por lo que tuvimos que volver siempre antes de las 10 o quedarnos uno dentro del cuarto mientra el otro salia a comprar (no ubicamos a las personas responsables para poder solicitar el cambio de llave).

Ventajas: Generally quiet. 5min walk to centre and restaurants. Clean but basic. Wifi good

Desventajas: Even though we had a private bathroom there was only one shared hot shower down stairs which was disappointing. I got an electric shock when turning the shower off, very dangerous and must be fixed immediately. The place had no community feel.

Ventajas: Great staff, location perfect for the beach and close to town, amazing value for money, staff went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were getting a night bus the following day so we're allowed a much later check out at no additional fee.

Desventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Si la vida fuera perfecta no quedaría cerca de la vía principal, ya que se oyen lo camiones.

Ventajas: Relaxing getaway - the pool and facilities were beautiful!! Breakfast included fruit salad, juice, eggs and bread - included! Friendly staff and quiet at night :)

Ventajas: El lugar tiene un bonito diseño pues simula como que estas dentro de un lugar muy verde y el equipo de servicio es muy amable. También nos encanto el desayuno del hotel.

Ventajas: El diseño del lugar es hermoso, el jardín, los cuartos, la piscina. El desayuno es delicioso, recomendadísima la ensalada de frutas. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amoroso.

Desventajas: Aunque no nos importó en lo más mínimo, el WiFi no es muy bueno.

Ventajas: Muy limpio, bonito ambiente

Desventajas: Noisy in the evening due to other guests, note there are no windows in the bungalows- only mosquito screens. WiFi was not working but due to be fixed

Ventajas: I’ve stayed there for 11 nights at the end of my travels in Peru and absolutely loved it. Location is perfect (2 minutes to beach, main road; ie restaurants and 5 minutes to Yoga). Bungalows are very clean, spacious and well equipped. Garden/pool perfect to hang around. Breakfast was good as well. Vanessa & team were very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

Ventajas: Loved the vibe, it was very relaxing and spacious.

Desventajas: almost anything, only my sister complained about one of the cats.

Ventajas: It is a nice bungalow with a porch with chairs and a hammock. A good breakfast with every day something different. It is a bitbaway from the noisy center. It is a shame that we had a group of brasilian surf kids above our room and they were not so quiet.

Desventajas: When we arrived wifi was not working. We asked why and they said that a truck had broken a cable and it would be alright the next morning. We stayed three nights and days but we never had wifi. The shower is very hot and difficult to regulate.

Ventajas: PERFECT!!! Great location, right on the beach, friendliest staff, the rooms were big and clean.

Ventajas: Beautiful location- right on the beach- within walking distance of shops, restaurants, laundry etc. surf break right in front of resort as well as kitesurfing and any beach activity. Would definitely return

Desventajas: Room was very basic, missed basics for a 3 star hotel from my point of view like spots where to dry clothes, maybe a safe. There were holes in the safety net against mosquitos in the toilet that could be fixed in 5 minutes. The door had free space to the ground and mosquitos entered as well as light as they did not turn off the lights in the floor by night, very annoying. We put towels there to avoid light and mosquitos to come inside.

Ventajas: Great view, clean rooms, one particularly lovely staff. Great location on the beach.

Desventajas: One night the bathroom self-locked and we couldn't open it despite asking staff. It was re-opened in the morning. My partner is vegetarian and found ham in her eggs - staff apologised. Nothing offered or suggested as compensation. Noisy party at the bar 2 doors down especially on the Sat night

Ventajas: La cercania al mar, a un paso de la habitación!

Desventajas: La habitación era comoda, sin embargo no tenía aire acondicionado lo que es basico para un hotel de dicha categoria.

Ventajas: Me gustó todo, habitaciones limpias, camas muy cómodas, a pesar que está cerca de todo es súper tranquilo, desayuno riquísimo. Personal muy amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudarte y darte las facilidades.

Desventajas: Solo que en la habitación con vista al mar del 2do piso las palmeras impiden parcialmente la vista al mar, es lo único. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Ventajas: Great location, clean room.

Desventajas: Breakfast options a bit limited. Shame no pool but right on beach.

Ventajas: Un lugar muy tranquilo, especial para salir del bullicio. Tiene comunicación directa con la playa. Para los amantes del surfing es ideal, ya que justo a la salida a la playa hay una una academia dónde rentan tablas, accesorios y dan cursos para novatos. El oleaje es adecuado para estas actividades.

Desventajas: El baño un poco viejito, es hora que lo remodelen. El acceso principal al hotel no está pavimentado y es un poco confuso para llegar a través de pasadizos estrechos a veces invadidos por mototaxistas.

Ventajas: la ubicación del hotel, junto al mar y cerca de los restaurantes.

Desventajas: El precio es excesivo para lo que ofrecen. El desayuno es muy simple y los mismo todos los días, al menos debería ser tipo buffet. La habitación no tiene teléfono, ni frigobar, ni aire acondicionado, el control de la tv no sirve, el último día no hubo agua en ducha ni lavamanos. Solo dan jabón para la ducha. En resumen se paga mucho y ofrecen poco en comparación de otros hoteles de la zona. No volvería a pesar de ser bonito el hotel.

Ventajas: Rooms in front of the see very nice and spacious. View extraordinary. Its in the city center and you can reach restaurants and bars in less then 1 minute.

Desventajas: Shower should mi renovated, change between cold and warm very quickly.

Ventajas: The facilities were nice and comfortable enough. The view is really nice. It’s a quiet place close to everything.

Ventajas: Room was big, stylish, comfy, cleaned daily,... Pool area Staff very friendly!

Desventajas: WiFi signal wasn’t steady

Ventajas: The hotel has a very nice garden with a pool where you can relax. Also the room was very nice and comfortable and we could even eat our breakfast on the balcony.

Ventajas: Really chilled out and made to feel very welcome. The environment is peaceful and rustic. The staff are so helpful. Even though there were other guests if felt like we had the place to ourselves. The breakfast fresh and tasty with plenty of great coffee. The room was huge - a double bed and 2 singles so perfect for a family of 4. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to the beach but in a quiet corner of Mancora. So great that we are going back in September.

Ventajas: Pleasant and clean room.

Desventajas: A slightly intimidating dog barking constantly, drinking from the pool and sharing sun loungers with guests is not ideal. Given how many guests have mentioned this I'm suprised the owners havent done anything to stop this.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones están súper cómodas y modernas.

Ventajas: Amabilidad y disposición de las personas que atienden

Desventajas: Estaban con maestros trabajando , afectando la tranquilidad ya que martillaban y taladraban . Eso no puede suceder estando ocupado por clientes .

Ventajas: Tenía muchas dudas al hacer la reservar, pero al llegar todo fue excelente, super cómodo y excelente.

Ventajas: La tranquilidad , buena ubicación , desayuno muy rico , particularmente la mermelada de Maracuya , la atención personalizada de Elisa . Sin duda volveremos!!

Ventajas: Ubicación, habitaciones cómodas, el lugar muy lindo, la piscina.

Desventajas: La ducha no era buena no se podía regular la temperatura . El desayuno muy escaso en variedad y cantidad. No había frutas. Y si tomas un taxi para irte a piura, nos llamaron uno desde la propiedad, la cual se cobra una comisión (una de las encargadas, la otra no).

Ventajas: Honestly one of my favourite hotels in the world and I have travelled a lot. We come here a few times a year and I never get tired of the view and the hotel itself. This time we came for a mini honeymoon and they went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The staff are so attentive and friendly they are a key element in ensuring you have a great stay. The rooms are so comfortable. It's a little slice of paradise.

Ventajas: Loved the jacuzzi, pool, and the views of the beach. Rooms and service in general were also excellent

Ventajas: This is the most wonderful and amazing place to stay, it's like paradise. It's right on a long sandy beach, white sands, blue sea, palm trees waving. Great pool, wonderful staff and a very creative chef!

Desventajas: Liked everything

Ventajas: Amazing location and very relaxing. The breakfast is excellend compared to other places we’ve stayed in Mancora. Everything is super comfortable and gives you a lux holiday feel.

Ventajas: Everything exceeded my expectation! The staff was amazing, the hotel was in perfect shape, the beach was always gorgeous and the location was great.

Desventajas: Nothing, everything was great!

Ventajas: Good quiet location on a great stretch of palm tree lined beach - and you could easily get a tuk tuk into Mancora if you wanted more action! Great yoga every morning in hotel next door Kichic - was a lovely added bonus !

Desventajas: The only complaint was the sea had a lot of rocks directly in front of the hotel- you had to walk a bit further away to avoid the rocks .

Ventajas: The crew (specially Juri and Armando but really all) were great! We went through a medical issue and they have taken extraordinary steps to help us. The food was great at good prices, and the hotel and location are just beautiful. I have nothing bad to say. Great for couples that looks for some real vacation in Peru

Ventajas: Comfy clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful setting. The owner was so lovely and friendly, this was the perfect base for a relaxing stay in Mancora

Ventajas: Suites Del Mar is one of my favorite Hotel in Máncora I usually stay there 3 or 4 times every year. Staff is always polite and will take care of you if you need something. Special thanks to Edison and Maria Hope to see you guys soon.

Desventajas: Internet, comes and go but looks like is on the whole town this issue.

Ventajas: Muy buena estadía, desde la llegada en la recepción te dan los detalles del alojamiento y te hacen una visita por todas las instalaciones,todo el personal esta atento a que te sientas cómodo, y cualquier cosa que necesites. El desayuno buffet completo bien presentado y varia todos los días.La piscina infinita esta bien ubicada y limpia. El hotel tiene una playa que realmente la usan solo los residentes, puedes caminar por la playa hasta el pueblo.Si no deseas salir en la noche puedes quedarte a ver una película en pantalla gigante y te dan tu cajita de popcorn. Indispensable llevar bloqueador y repelente para mosquitos y zancudos natural por la zona. Aunque en la recepción hay una canastilla con estos aditamentos a disponibilidad de los alojados. Si llegas y necesitas algo pregunta por César. Lo recomiendo para parejas.

Ventajas: The breakfast was a little disappointing despite talented kitchen staff. The selection was limited with very little day-by-day change.

Desventajas: The place is set up for evening outdoor movies which no one ever attends so I think better use could be made of the grounds. The grass around the swimming pool was long and worn out in places which gave the area a bit of a run down look - maybe they should re-landscape with another surface? Please don't schedule noisy construction for the early morning if you don't want to upset your guests.

Ventajas: Excelente, muy recomendado, instalaciones preciosas, comida

Ventajas: Location and quality of the room is good.

Desventajas: Quality of food is mixed, some is very good, others is poor. It was a challenge getting the cup of tea on an evening because the staff had to put a kettle on! Food in restaurant is relatively over priced in comparison to quality and other establishments. They prices are not bad but the either the quantity of quality should be increased. Similar standards else is 20% cheaper! Also WiFi infrastructure is poor and staff did not know how to resolve. No access to Internet for 4 days. Ended up fixing the problem myself, but again it failed after 1 day.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones, dormir escuchando el mar, la tranquilidad, la comida y definitivamente la atención de María y en especial la de Cesar.

Desventajas: La parte de la playa a la cual tiene acceso el hotel es muy angosta, cuando hay marea alta la playa prácticamente desaparece.

Ventajas: Todo el servicio, desde la recepción hasta los señores de limpieza, todos hacen un muy buen servicio, la comida espectacular la piscina temperada increíble la zona de películas súper bien. Regresaría muchas veces más. Y pregunten por César muy buen servicio

Ventajas: The bed was gorgeous and the furniture in general was great. It was super calm and peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel like a person rather than just another guest. Such a stylish place.

Ventajas: El lugar es muy lindo y silencioso ya que no queda en la calle principal si no que un poco hacia el cerro. La atención y disposición del personal fue excelente, muy dispuestos a ayudarnos y solucionar cualquier problema. La cama es lo mejor de la habitación.. muy grande y rica! Desayuno bueno y saludable. Son muy atentos con las restricciones/alergias alimentarias y eso se agradece mucho, sober todo en un lugar como Máncora donde es difícil conseguir productos especiales.

Desventajas: Teníamos una reserva por 6 noches en total y solo nos quedamos una ya que la habitación no era lo que esperábamos.. En las fotos se veía mucho mejor y acorde al precio que pagamos... pero en la realidad, si bien la habitación no era para nada mala, no cumplía en lo absoluto con las expectativas que las fotos mostraban (muros de cholguán, espacios entre los muros por donde podían colarse insectos y un poco oscura). Nos ofrecieron un upgrade de habitación pero preferimos movernos de hotel a uno mas cerca de la playa.

Ventajas: Lindo lugar (no tanto como en las fotos, pero vale la pena). Muy buena onda de parte de las chicas en todo momento. Siempre muy atentas. Rico desayuno.

Ventajas: Bed was comfy, mosquito net provided, that it was Eco. Staff super friendly

Desventajas: Not being able to lock my room when I was inside it. But I felt safe.

Ventajas: Muy bien atendidos, los desayunos son muy ricos y saludables. Nuestras anfitrionas fueron muy amables y siempre estuvieron muy pendientes de todo. La pasamos muy bien.

Ventajas: Wonderful staff, off the busy streets, easy to come and go, really close to the beach! Loved the project and locally sourced building materials!

Ventajas: The breakfast was great, we loved the homemade bread, and the jam was so tasty. The staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. They have their phone numbers on the fridge so if you can’t see them you can message them any questions. Room was lovely, very bright and airy with a nice balcony. The swimming pool was kept clean and was perfect to relax in.

Desventajas: There was building work going on when we were there, but it didn’t really impact our stay as it was done within reasonable hours and they gave us a room upgrade to apologise for the inconvenience.

Ventajas: Si. El personal agradable, excelente atención. El ambiente fabuloso. Lo recomiendo si quieren alejarse del bullicio de Lima y estar retirado solo para pensar en si mismo

Ventajas: Stunning unspoiled views, quiet beaches, spacious and creatively designed rooms, impeccably maintained hotel grounds/pool/restaurant and five star welcoming vibe. Expect a warm welcome from Pedro and the entire staff. Can’t compliment this place enough. The most relaxed I’ve felt in years. Highly recommend the beachside suite. Worth every penny and then some. Hope to come back here one day!!!

Desventajas: the rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. Found a big cockroach under our son's bed on our last evening. Restaurant of the hotel is quite expensive compared to the quality and taste of the food.

Desventajas: The mattress, the box springs is actually a concrete frame, the mattresses are placed on top of this base. For me was very hard and I get up with back pain every morning.

Ventajas: La amabilidad y atención del personal y la comida del hotel espectacular. La habitación muy bien cuidado con A/C, recomendadisimo.

Desventajas: Todo perfecto.

Ventajas: Principalmente las vistas y el aceso a la playa.

Desventajas: Los precios de la carta son muy elevados por la zona que está, podría ser algo más económico.

Ventajas: la atención del personal de almuerzo y cena es excelente, el bar prepara muy buenos sour y las comidas son muy buenas.

Desventajas: Se corto la luz y no estaban tan preparados para la respuesta inmediata, sin embargo en un par de horas se soluciono.

Ventajas: Bonitas instalaciones y hermosa vista.

Desventajas: Todo bien con el alojamiento. La trocha para llegar levanta mucho polvo, pero es algo ajeno a ellos.

Ventajas: Quiet place to relax. Nice area with hammock outside the room. The managers very friendly and helpful. Quick to respond to issues. Rooms and bathroom clean.

Desventajas: Air conditioner is portable type. It took us a while to get it set up properly(not as straight forward as you would think). Once we learned the tricks it was ok(jam the vent flaps open to stop them closing and make sure the hot air discharge pipe is well fixed in the hole)

Ventajas: Amazing properly! Beautiful bungalows only 5 minute walk from the sea. There is a lovely pool and hammocks, perfect for relaxing. The hosts are so kind, and made us feel at home. The breakfast is great and our rooms were cleaned every day. Favourite place we have stayed in Peru- 10/10!!

Desventajas: Nothing, it was perfect :)

Ventajas: After a few hectic days at a party hostal we checked into Casa panorama to chill out. It was perfect. The rooms were spotless, water was hot and the wifi top notch. If your looking for somewhere a little away from the mancora mania then this is the perfect spot to relax. The hosts were fantastic from start to finnish. Breakfast had a little touch of france which was awesome. The pool and general place was beautiful, the attention to the garden is fantastic. The host were so welcoming and always there if we needed anything. When we left we were given a ride to town in their buggy which was amazing. If ever im in mancora again i would definitley be staying here again! Thank you again if was an absolute pleasure

Ventajas: Me gustó la tranquilidad del medio ambiente. Es ideal para hospedarse alejados del ruido.

Desventajas: Los mosquitos aunque son parte del medio ambiente. El Bungalow que me tocó no cerraba muy bien la puerta corrediza y por ahí se metían los mosquitos.

Desventajas: The American breakfast includes bread that can be of different kinds to have more choice. I wished they serve freshly squeezed orange juice as part of the American breakfast.

Desventajas: Deberían de renovar las TV's por unas de mejor calidad y con mayor tamaño. Con acceso a internet wi-fi Netflix, películas. Así tener mayor variedad a elegir.

Ventajas: El mejor hotel, la limpieza, el servicio es excelente, la comida, la gente te atiende muy amablemente, el hotel está frente al mar!!!

Ventajas: La vista de las Habitaciones, ademas que son cómodas. La ubicación con salida a la playa pocitas muy hermosa y piscina.

Desventajas: El Desayuno ya que no es buffet, solo dan café, leche o te con 2 panes p/p con mermelada y huevo mas un vaso de jugo, no hay posibilidad de pedir mas y cualquier otra cosa es con extra costo.

Ventajas: La atención del personal fue muy buena, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación y las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas para ir en familia o en pareja. Piscina agradable con tobogán, perfecta para los niños. Asimismo, cuentan con una zona solo para adultos, incluyendo una piscina.

Desventajas: El desayuno puede ser un poco más variado. Si bien no es buffet y está incluido dentro del precio de la reserva de la habitación, si te quedas muchos días uno podría llegar a aburrirse.

Ventajas: La ubicación frente al mar excelente, el trato del personal muy amable y el desayuno muy delicioso.

Desventajas: La entrada hacia el hotel muy dañada la vía son 3 km que hay que avanzar hasta llegar al hotel ya que viaje en carro propio, en la pagina salia que no se cobraría IVA a extranjeros y si lo hicieron.

Ventajas: Todo, la atención , la comodidad , la hermosa vista desde el cuarto

Desventajas: They do not provide towels for the pool or the sea.

Ventajas: It was close to the other hotel we luckily could stay at.

Desventajas: Where to start. One characteristic sums it up: the service is terrible. When we came here, we were excited. Even though no one at the hotel responded to our earlier messages, we were ready to relax here after weeks of traveling and hiking. But we soon found out what the hotel was about. The lunch we had when we arrived, was disgusting. But we kept our hopes up for dinner. However, dinner never came. Soon after lunch, my girlfriend started feeling unwell, after which at around 22.30 everything started coming out. A bad case of food poisoning. There was no one at the reception to help us, so I found a janitor in the kitchen to help us. With a tuktuk we went to the closest hospital and stayed there for the majority of the night. No one was as the reception when we returned either. The next morning, I had to go to the reception. No one came to check on us. No apologies were ever offered by the hotel. On the contrary, the hotel didn’t believe it was food poisoning. Even though the doctors at the hospital confirmed this. We decided to leave for another hotel. After waiting for hours, we finally got part of our money back. Because we had already spent a night at the hotel (that we were in the hospital for the most part, didn’t seem to matter). And we also were asked to pay for the food that gave my girlfriend food poisoning. If not that, then at least we had to pay for the water that my girlfriend used to wash the vomit out of her mouth. Only after repeated negotiations, they accepted to pay our hospital bills. But only to be rid of us. They insisted it could not be food poisoning and that this never happened before. A quick look at the reviews shows this already happened earlier this year, with the same outcome. This hotel is scandalous. It should not be open for business and the receptionist should find another line of work, in which she should not interact with other people. We have never been treated like this. I wish booking.

Ventajas: La tranquilidad y la limpieza

Ventajas: They have 2 men stationed outside to protect you and intervene if anyone bothers you.

Desventajas: It was really windy!!

Ventajas: Que está frente al mar, la piscina infinita, dormir y descansar con el sonido de las olas del mar. La atención del personal es de primera. El desayuno buffet es muy rico lo recomiendo y visitaría en una próxima oportunidad.

Ventajas: The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were helpful in finding things in town and recommending restaurants. They packed breakfast for us on days we had early excursions and really made our vacation terrific!

Ventajas: We came in with food poisoning from another hotel. Everyone at Casa Mediterranea wanted to make sure we were comfortable. They cooked separate food, checked in every day, never hesitant to help us out. We relaxed in the hammocks, watched the sun go down in the ocean, had Daniel prepare us private meals - it was great! Thanks to Paolo and his team!

Ventajas: We had an amazing experience here! Very relaxing and peaceful yet close to the main beach. The staff and chef Daniel were amazingly helpful with local activities and places to checkout!

Desventajas: One of the cleaning staff accidentally threw out some of our medications.

Ventajas: The lodge is very nice, located steps from the beach. It's very close to town so it was easy to walk or take a moto. There were many good restaurants in town. The lodge also offered meals and we had the most delicious sushi prepared by Daniel. We liked it so much we had it 3 nights in a row!

Ventajas: Hot shower, air conditioned room, and parking for our car. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. Near everything, walking distance.

Desventajas: WiFi on the second level didn’t work at all. In room 13 WiFi didn’t connect to either usernames, first floor had better WiFi.

Ventajas: Very clean and extremely helpful staff

Ventajas: it was a nice and quiet family style hotel with a very decent breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Desventajas: there were dogs barking outsidenof the place for a long time which kept me awake.

Ventajas: The owners and the staff have been helpful with an arrangement of taxi and attending various requests. Hotel is located within a 5 min walk from the beach. Selection of food for breakfast was ok.

Desventajas: Hotel is located between a dusty road and wet land, both are quite depressing. Apparently, due to security, the entrance gates are always closed and we had to wait for someone to open. Breakfast starts late at 8:30, which is not very convenient. The AC in our room was blowing straight on one of us.

Ventajas: Buena ubicación

Desventajas: Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, además se escucha todo (todo) de las que están al lado. No hay citófono. No llega señal Wifi, hay que bajar al primer piso hasta donde está el router para poder conectarse. La cama solo cuenta con sábanas, nada más de abrigo; pasamos frío. El desayuno básico y limitado. Personal no tiene información respecto de: restaurantes, taxis, no sabe nombre de calles ni tampoco cuentan con algún plano o mapa de la localidad, ni disposición para orientar al huésped. Tienen un perro suelto en el patio, donde está la piscina, que si bien es cierto, es pequeño, te impide estar en el lugar tranquilo, por cuanto quiere jugar (naturalmente, ya que es un cachorro), se te tira encima, etc., lo que imposibilita permanecer, por ejemplo, en nuestro caso con nuestra hija de 2 años. Habíamos pagado por 4 noches, pero decidimos irnos después de la primera, es decir, perdimos lo pagado por 3. En resumen, una pésima experiencia.

Ventajas: We had a very nice stay. The hammocks, palm trees, and peace and quiet were great, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, shower was hot, and my daughter loved the pool and the cats. Breakfast was good and we appreciated the laundry service.

Ventajas: Todo excelente, personal, instalaciones, atención, ubicación desayuno. Muy conformes y felices en este lugar.

Ventajas: Perfect place close to the beach if you want to stay away from the party hostals nearby. Very clean and comfortable rooms with hot showers. Pool area is well maintained. Staff is very attentive and always present at the gate. Breakfast is very good with bread, fresh fruits and eggs.

Desventajas: What would make it a 10: some good advice about local restaurants and stuff to rent for the beach (bodyboard for instance).
