Great friendly staff Room size was a little on the small side
The hotel is modern and smart. The rooms are small by European standards but quite comfortable and with everything you need. However, they may be a bit small for two adults. I had a double room just for myself which was fine. The hotel has a Japanese public bath which I enjoyed a visit to, taking in the Japanese tradition of having a good soak and scrub. However, I was a bit confused as to how this public bath operated gender wise, as it only appeared to be for men. The hotel had free wired internet in each room, which was fine, however, I would have preferred free wifi instead. Otherwise I thought this was a good hotel for cost and location.
Laundry room Overpriced room for $145/ nite, the bed so small for 2 people and room so small even to pass. Only can lay out 1 luggage. Bathroom is dark, low ceiling with a weird plastic Tank near commode. I found much nicer room in other Nagasaki hotels than my room. Room has no cofee sugar amenities provided.
the onsen and its amenities are superb breakfast is extra and considering rooms are not on the cheap side,a little disappointing
The spa was excellent A bit expensive.
Location and price. It was very good accommodation just to have a place to sleep over. Staff was very nice too. Price is very reasonable. For price I paid the place is more than what I expected Smoking floor was very stink in room and the floor for non smoking guest, glad I had diffuser and oils to Pirify the air!
We loved the location of this hotel. The streetcar stop is just a few blocks away and the peace park is right next door. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke basic English. The size of the room was acceptable for the price paid. The bathroom in our room had a terrible smell. We could not even use the bathroom without holding our breath. We also noticed a pretty strong musty smell in the hallway as well as smoke in our room at times. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and we had trouble sleeping on it. The television in the room came with very few channels, and the "free wifi" signal didn't reach our room so we couldn't use it.
