Very nice hotel! Great staff, very clean, and within walking distance to Dotonbori and tons of restaurants and shops! They validated our parking fee as well! Very happy!
Although the chapel on the 22nd floor was a little kitschy, the hotel was grand, clean, and had great views over the city. It was difficult to find the entrance the first time. The is a subtle entrance where you take an elevator up to the main lobby on the 22nd floor.
Excellent service from Concierge and front desk staff. Convenient location to OCAT, JR Namba Station and local subway lines. Walking distance to Dotombori, Shimsaibashi, and other shopping streets. Good local restaurants in alley ways close by.
The location (close to Namba Station) was very handy since I attended a conference in Nara. I also have friends in Osaka, and the hotel was also conveniently located for late night dining and drinking. I also recommend the sauna facilities. with regards to " Do you think guest reviews about this hotel on our website accurately reflect your experience there?" The hotel does not yet have any reviews, so I had to tick "no".
The facilities are wonderful. I felt at home staying in the hotel. It was a very comfortable experience.
We were initially given a twin room, without our knowledge, and to rectify the situation the hotel staff (one lady in particular) was extremely accommodating and we received an upgrade to a one bedroom studio apartment (executive apartment) for our four nights stay. The Masa cafe for breakfast didn't make a good espresso and it would be good to have variety in the breakfast offerings.
Excellent value for money, great hotel room with apartment/flat amenities and close to food and transport. Nothing
I really liked the hotel's location. It is located in a quiet area. Only one station away from Namba. The subway station is only 3 min. walk away from the hotel. There is a 24 hours supermarket close to the hotel. Some times, there will be one man on the reception desk, who does not speak English at all. It was really difficult for me to communicate with him. In addition, I was asked to pay a money for borrowing an iron.
Not too far from Namba station and Osaka restaurants and bars (about 10 minutes by walk) and next to a subway JR station. This is more like a small appartement than an hotel room so the room is bigger as usual. Very good price for Osaka.
