Great value for excellent rooms. Cold winter night, nothing better than sitting by a fire place in your very own villa. Didn't like that I can't stay here all the time.
I liked the wine and the location. Nothing, everything met or exceeded my expectations.
This facility is definitely on our list to visit each year. A lot of improvements have taken place over the past year, the service is still excellent, and the experience of our trip is one of our best each year. A great place.
The room and view were lovely. The disconnection of the lodging from the tasting room/restaurant.
The staff was exceptional. The wine and food were absolutely perfect and worth every penny spent! I only wish we could have stayed longer. Stayed only one night, first time with my hubby since having our first baby! It was perfect to celebrate and have a romantic night away.
We had a very large room with a great soaking tub. The wine tasting was good and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The massages were very relaxing, but the men and women had separate sides. All the facilities were far apart. The walk to the restaurant and the tasting room did not have a clear path or entrance. The food was average and overpriced.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms Are very nice and spacious. Overall mead my husband enjoyed our stay a lot!
If you're looking for romantic getaway, this is it. The rooms and view were excellent. Free wifi, walkin shower, mini frig, and grape vines off your private patio. The menu was limited.
Comfort and style! Good sized room with luxury bedding For the price per night, I think it should include breakfast which cost us an additional $40.00 plus per day (not I including tip).
The bathroom was amazing Very clean and large bed we stayed in the king bungalow Overall was the perfect birthday with my boyfriend
Patio overlooking vineyards. Lots of Windows and high ceilings. Loved how big and spacious room was. Soaking tub was awesome. Ligh switch lighting placement for patio not right. That's all I got on wrong it was fabulous.
this is temecula's newest best kept secret! Amazing location and the bungalows are truly the size of one bedroom homes. The bed was absolutely divine and don't get me started on the double head shower and huge tub! Loved it and can't wait to return! The property is brand spanking new so there are a just a few small things they are still working out. SO minor. They should put screens on the windows and doors and a door stopper on the bottom of the door as we have a few pesty flying friends visit us.
Great hotel with excellent costumer service, great facilities and perfect location. It was an excellent choice for our getaway weekend.
Bungalows were unreal and a real surprise from the norm of luxury hotel rooms!
Well appointed, spacious private accomodations. The Deluxe Bungalow was a place you wanted to hurry back to, even if it meant cutting wine tasting a bit shorter this trip. The nightly rate through Kayak allowed this property to be affordable; although final Resort charges still brought the nightly stay up to the $300 range. The Resort would like to be charging over $400, and they may consistently get this when construction is completed. Until that time, it will be fun to watch this delixe off-shoot of neighboring South Coast Winery develop and mature. If you can stay here for under $300 a night, take advantage of it while you can. Wine tasting charges for Resort Guests were only reduced down to $25. While it was a quality experience, a discount down to $15 would have felt more of an ackowledgement to their Guests. These were the South Coast Reserve wines, but $15 a tasting is still a strong charge as "the discount". Comping the tasting with a two bottle purchase would also be appropriate, which they did not offer.
We loved the accommodations, the staff was helpful. The wine selection was delicious.
I wanted to drive after work and get closer to San Diego. Temecula is a great town to do that in. All I needed was a good night sleep and Hampton Inn was great. The Bed was terrific and it had a nice TV. We slept great then had a perfect breakfast and left.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very clean. Breakfast was really good -- lots of variety and quality. Beds were nice. Rooms were quiet. It's right off the freeway, so there was very easy access. No complaints.
Stayed here on business and the staff was friendly, facilities were clean and safe. Wish breakfast was extended a little longer.
It was just an overnight stay but We liked everything. Well definitely stay again
We enjoyed the breakfast and your polite staff. The room was clean andvery well laid out. The comforter on thhe bed was wonderful. You need to have better signs for driving into your drive way for both directions on Jefferson Ave. If I had arrived at night from the North I would not have known to turn into the drive way of your competature and that you had a road way between the two hotels.
The location. The rooms were updated. The breakfast was good. The grey and black decor was not relaxing to me. The halls don't have signs to locate the elevator.
It was a brief overnight stay and everything met my needs
Perfect location within walking distance to vineyards. Beautiful grounds. Delicious food at the onsite restaurant. Comfortable beds. No hot tub
No breakfast room service and wouldn't allow a to go order from the restaurant, noise of water pipes running, no bath tub, very small room for $400.
The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very comfortable and free wine tasting. The front desk was very un friendly. They say you get free breakfast but charge you extra fee if you have more then 2 people in a room which is $25 per extra person. This is a very romantic get away, went with girl friends after wine tasting and the hotel really accommodates couples, not much to do if your not on a romantic getaway.
My husband booked a room for me. I arrive to check in and since he is not present and needed to be due to credit card being in his name I can't check in. The reseptionist told me if i were to go through a third party and book a room I wouldn't have an issue then and then I'll be able to check in and stay. So after cancling my $459.00 transaction, I rebooked and spent $544.00 just to be told AGAIN that I cannot occupy the room due to the credit card that I needed to leave on file was in my husbands name. Even after telling me I would be able to stay basically lying to me I was out of $1003.00 till they refund me my money. After all of that I had to figure out a way to get more money to stay elsewhere which was another $400.00. It was an inconvience and a HORRIBLE experience. Will never stay at another La Quainta. And this isn't standard policy. I've been able to check in at other locations without the card holder present. Everything.
It was convenient that there was a computer and printer at front. They happily faxed a document for me. The freeway was close to outside of my room. It didn't bother me but for those who are noise sensitive might want to request room facing other way.
Good value for the money. Improve the outside seating area.
It was newer, sparkling clean, easy to find, close to what I needed. It was difficult to reach by phone as the front desk was somewhat understaffed
Nice clean place.
We stayed on the 2nd floor next to the elevators and the laundry room, we could hear all sorts of noise through all the walls and from above us. They should just keep that room vacant until they put more sound barriers.
The room was very clean, the location was perfect, checking out was fast, decent breakfast, some of the staff was courtesy. Our room wasn't ready at check-in, we got put on the 3rd floor and we were told to try to keep our 3 year old from jumping or making to much noise.
The staff was very friendly, the complimentary breakfast had quite a selection of hot and cold options, and the pool/jacuzzi were nicely heated and clean. The beds felt really small. My three friends and I shared a room with two beds and it was a tight fit.
Beds no good.
Rooms very clean, beds comfortable, supplies refreshed well. Dining availability-free breakfast. One of the best supplied I've found at the Temecula location. Staff friendly and efficient.
It was very quiet and the complimentary breakfast was awesome. Hot coffee and warm cinnamon rolls! No vending machines....only over priced drinks and snacks were at the front desk/lobby.
The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here because it is close to the winery's and we did a sunrise Balloon ride. Motorcycle friendly as well. We'd stay there again. Great bargain for the room. The pool and building was under renovations. Call ahead if this review is less than a month old. To see it the pools is completed.
Quick check-in, convenient parking, rooms was spacious with a fridge inside.
Reasonable price & plenty of parking
What was nice- besides the very complete breakfast, and the excellent price, was the size of the room. I've never had such a large - spacious room before. The pool was clean, working, and the Jacuzzi was hot. All in all it was perfect stay ! Steven U. Pasadena
Plastic cutlery for breakfast.
Conveniently located Our non smoking room smelt like an ash tray.
Check in was easy. We got there at 2:30pm so not a crowd. Room had microwave and fridge but we didnt use them as we were there for the Balloon and Wine Festival and didnt spend but a few hours to sleep. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice since I awoke hungry. Hard boiled eggs, 2 types of sweet rolls, 4 cereals, oatmeal, toast, bagels w cream cheese, milk, orange and apple juice, tea packets, coffee and hot chocolate. Close to restaurants and Hard Hats bar accross the street. Arbys is right next door. Sizzler accross the street and Dennys just up the road. Upon check in I explained tothe clerk that I wanted to pay cash for the room and to just hold an authorization for any charges that could occur. Unfortunatly he was a little frazzled with the buzy weekend and processed the payment anyway. He took the cash and explained that the charge would come off on monday but that the authrization would hold the amount (not a small amount either) until Monday when it would credit ti back. It is now wednesday and the authorization is still pending holding the money out and no credit has been peocessed as of yet. Inconvenient if you have limited funds on your card or in your bank account which was the case for me.
everything was great, especially the spacious room with sofa. free continental breakfast was a nice treat. nothing
Decent but not outstanding Pillow was lumpy
Clean, easy & comfortable.
Friendly staff, clean pool, clean room, Short breakfast, breakfast was not as advertised, ants coming our of drain pipe in bathroom in our first room, loud, vulgar and drunk people at the pool when children were playing in it.
Habitación totalmente equipada. Limpio. Gran ubicación. Tranquila.
Está cerca de la ciudad y de un evento al que tenía que asistir. Como he dicho, sirve como un lugar para dormir. Falta de presión de agua, los baños podrían ser renovados y darles mejor mantenimiento.
