Very easy
Ventajas: It was so easy to go out from the arrival to the car rental location and the staff here was really friendly.

EASY in every way except getting a receipt
Ventajas: Pickup was quick and easy. Car was clean and no problems for a 5 day rental at good price.
Desventajas: I cannot easily get a receipt. The websites for both Avis and Budget do not recognize my confirmation #. So I am wasting a lot of time trying to track down an invoice for the car.
