Ventajas: car was clean and they changed my car for a better car without charge .
Desventajas: Price change ,charged me over 300$ saying that was for insurance , this information wasn’t on the website when I booked . the price the insurance that we must to do. Customer Service in Goiania need more training , I had my driver license frimUSA , my credit card but they denied give me my car because I wasn’t with my passport when I picked up the car . I had to do to 2 trips to airport . This information about you have to have the passport wasn’t on the website as well.

Ventajas: el coche estaba limpio y me cambiaron el coche para un coche mejor sin cargo.
Desventajas: Cambio de precio, me cobró más de 300$ diciendo que era por seguro, esta información no estaba en el sitio web cuando hice la reserva. El precio del seguro que debemos hacer. El Servicio de atención al Cliente en Goiania necesita más formación , tenía mi carné de conducir framUSA , mi tarjeta de crédito pero me negaron darme mi coche porque no estaba con mi pasaporte cuando cogí el coche . Tuve que hacer dos viajes al aeropuerto. Esta información sobre usted tiene que tener el pasaporte no estaba también en el sitio web.
