Wouldn’t let me rent because I recently got married and my credit card last name didn’t match my ID, even though my first and middle names were clearly the same. Lady at desk was super rude and unapologetic. Rented from Alamo instead.Opinión del 6 feb 2023

I liked the vehicle I received and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a shortage of vehicles so I appreciated the upgrade to a larger car at no extra price. The final bill was 20.00 more than I expected, but I assume maybe it was related to taxes or fees. Overall a good experience.Opinión del 19 nov 2022

Employees were rude and no work ethic- slow, took breaks and wouldn’t answer questions from anyone. Car reeked of smoked and they wouldn’t let us switch. We waited over an hour for the car because “they needed to clean it” yet the car was very dirty. Overall, terrible experience. I called customer service and they did nothing.Opinión del 16 nov 2022
