Hour and a half wait in line at pick up, received a 4 x 4 truck instead of the reserved economy car, required maintenance light was on, tires were bald, but I had no difficulties, and the vehicle was clean. Will not go with budget again.Opinión del 5 jun 2023

I wasn’t use to just dropping the car off and go without having someone there to verify the condition of the car, that the keys are in the car and to print me a receipt. A bit pricey, but understandable for the busy summer season. Staff were courteous. Our flight was delayed by almost 10 hours and they held the vehicle for us no questions asked. Vehicle was ready for us, clean, full tank of gas, and good to go. Return was also great, we ran a tad late but weren't charged a late fee. Would rent again.Opinión del 31 ago 2022
