Dollar at the BHM airport is basically nonexistent. There is apparently never any staff at the desk, there is no kiosk in the garage, and no one to help you figure out how to actually get your car. Avoid using Dollar here and just go for a bigger name rental company.Opinión del 9 mar 2023

Person that gave us our key at Hertz counter was totally passed out with her head on the counter. Drop off was poorly marked and unorganized. Price on your website did not include many fees added at airport (approximately $95). Price of vehicle was already overpriced for such a budget/ low grade vehicle.Opinión del 11 oct 2022

I made a mistake on my booking and minutes later I realized it was too late and there was no way to cancel it!!! I have not used the car and my card was charged full amount for the payment!!! Very bad experience!!!Opinión del 25 mar 2022

The truck smelled like smoke, got to destination the Check engine light came on went to exchange vehicle for another and they tried to downgrade my Yukon to a Ford Explorer needless to say I won’t rent with dollar again.Opinión del 8 sept 2021

Car was not well prepped. Smelled like cigarettes. Rear hatch would not open! There are no designated Dollar parking spots in the garage. Difficult to know where to return the car.Opinión del 13 jul 2021
