The premium suv I reserved wasn’t so premium. A ton of air sound would come in from the windshield once I hit 45mph as if the weather strip was not properly replaced. The breaks were also very bad the vehicle should have been serviced before being rented out.Opinión del 12 oct 2022

We were charged an extra $31 for being 3 minutes late on the drop off. Seriously? Everything else was great, including all of the people we talked with. If Corporate policy instructs a $31 charge for being 3 minutes late, we will never rent from Enterprise again.Opinión del 17 may 2022

Pick up was so easy. The gentleman that was helping me was training a new team member and he was good at juggling me and the trainer. I liked being offered water and the extra cleaning measures taken in the rental.Opinión del 13 ene 2022

The store that I booked the car rental was closing at 11:00pm which was the time I scheduled to pick up the car. The flight was going to be late, thanks god I notice this the day before, otherwise I would have been stranded in Detroit Airport with my kids and no rental car.Opinión del 4 dic 2021
