Nothing. All Enterprises accept debit cards. It wasn’t until I went to pick up the car that I was told the airport location does not. I was told they would transfer the reservation to St Ann location for the same price. I went to St. Ann and the cost was almost 3 times higher. I ended up canceling. At this point I was already an hour behind schedule and ended up going with Thrifty who not only gave me a great rate, but also upgraded my vehicle for free!!!Opinión del 11 jul 2023

My flight was delayed. I called Enterprise and they said they’d stay until 2 am. I asked if that was customary and was told yes. The airport shuttle never came so I took a lift since enterprise said they’d be there, when I arrived they were closed and I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for them to open at 4. It’s was 23 degrees! The agent was ok, but not nearly apologetic. Your 800/customer service gave out faulty information which put me on an unsafe situation.Opinión del 25 dic 2021

Nothing was great about this experience we couldn’t even get our rental because we needed a credit card to put on hold and didn’t have that much on a credit card only on a debit card and was told they couldn’t run that as a credit so had to find another way for our Florida vacation trip I was very dissatisfiedOpinión del 20 ago 2021

The rate was not the same as that was quoted on Kayak. They charged me $94/day and there is no way that I would have chosen such an expensive car when $55/day cars were available. Pickup and drop of were easy but the car was supposedly non-smoking but you could clearly smell the cigarette smoke. Almost $500 dollars for four days of riding around in cigarette smoke.Opinión del 26 jul 2021
