The vehicles are not very clean. The first truck I was given had a dead battery. The second one needed an oil change. The third one I had to clean when I got home to get rid of the smell of cigarettes and to get a clear windscreen. The counter staff were helpful but whoever checks the vehicles after “cleaning” needs some serious training.Opinión del 6 abr 2023

Hertz was outstanding in service, quality of vehicle and friendly and helpful staff. The only negative was the cost. Advertised price was more than $721. Final price was $1,700 with fees and insurance add-on’s.Opinión del 7 mar 2023

They added a $250 charge during the return. This charge was not for mileage, damage, fines, tolls, or fuel without telling me about it or explaining why. I call that being sleazy and dishonest business practices. Terrible business practicesOpinión del 22 feb 2023

Promised a Jetta and confirmed by Hertz day before, received Kia Optima which though underpowered was large enough and old model that was reliable. Problem was pickup where Hertz had few shuttles to and from airport so pick up was delayed compared to other rental companies. Overall MEH but did the job.Opinión del 14 feb 2023

The site was able to upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler Of course for more money but it was what we wanted last minute. The bad was the tires to the Jeep were worn below the wear marks and dry rotted (maybe the spare mounted)Opinión del 24 jul 2022
