I was charged an extra $59 because I used a debit card. I was told that because I had a debit card and not cc they had to physically speak to my insurance agent...at 6pm on a Saturday. The car was extremely small! And we dropped at airport on 9/23 and my card is still being charged the daily fee as if we still have it! Definitely a breakdown of communication, very disappointed in this experience!Opinión del 27 sept 2021

We had to wait five hours for a car we had reserved weeks ahead of time. Total management failure. At the cost we paid, it should have been delivered to our hotel ahead of time. Hertz is typically a good company...this was a total joke and wasted an entire day om my vacation.Opinión del 10 sept 2021

Hundreds of people waited for 4+ hours for their RESERVED cars but never got them. There weren’t any cars. I was personally left stranded out of town for 3 days with no car until I finally found a car with another company. Hertz & Kayak are taking peoples money KNOWING there are no cars available. I had to wait 2.5 hours to get my rental. They need to either change there manager or there processes. They had over 200 cars in there parking area there was no reason to have the delay that myself and others experienced on that Saturday.Opinión del 22 ago 2021

Everything was actually fine, I was satisfied with the vehicle and the price, however it was a hassle to get the costumer service on the phone to report how horrible the breaks on the pickup truck were.
