The price i got on internet was much more expensive when i got the car. This is not my first time i rent a car but it is the first time i pay that much for the basic insurance. I usually buy the full insurance but i found out it it would cost me tripple for that. Rental fee was about 150 euros and the insurance was about 300 euros.Very strange! Poor, they told us they were open for return on Sunday and then we’re not and did not give us any instructions for returning after hours. Being from out of the country, return was very difficult. They also told us there are pending damages and we did not hit anything or do anything to damage the car so we are very surprised and disappointed for now having to deal with a claim.Opinión del 10 jul 2023

Kayak had not indicated in my reservation that it was an electric car. I had to pay €25 extra per day for a petrol car. This was a scam by Kayak and I demand a refund. Please answer me.Opinión del 29 may 2023
