Drop-off location has been closed down for years but still showed up on reservation. Waited on hold over 30 min to talk to Hertz rep. Hertz rep on phone also said it was still open. When I arrived, the receptionist at the connected hotel said it had been shut down during pandemic and had never reopened. Had to drive to airport to complete return.Opinión del 28 jul 2023

The email i got said to go to the off-shuttle side of the terminal to get the shuttle to the car rental agency at Sacramento airport. I needed to go to the on-shuttle side.Opinión del 3 may 2023

Key fob battery died and there was no way to lock the doors. Hertz drop at LAX was a bit chaotic. Hertz pickup at SMF was very good.Opinión del 22 oct 2022

I really liked the comfort of the car! Compact car would have been better on gas ⛽️ price, but comfort at the end wins the overall satisfaction of the entire rental!Opinión del 9 ago 2022

The staff at pick up excellent. Dropping of the car was a nightmare. No attendance at the office had to run around until I was able to find the drop off on the 6th floor. Could have better signs indicating where the return office was on the 6th floor.Opinión del 6 ago 2022
