Trying to get help with our account was not optimal. The responses we got were" I didn't know how to do that " and "Did you try the web site or email address." All in all, everything went well, except for one small detail. The technical condition of the car leaves much to be desired. Throughout my journey, there was a huge hum and vibration in the rear axle of the car for over 2,000 miles. It looked like a wheel bearing malfunction, or unfinished wheels were very unpleasant to drive all the way, whether you would reach the end point or not. All the way, I had to listen to very loud music so that Togo wouldn't listen to that sound.Opinión del 2 may 2023

Drop-off always confusing. Hard to "just leave keys in car" and walk away even in secure parking lot with no one to re-assure you it will be taken care of. No windshield wiper fluid in car. Didn't figure out until 2 days into trip but car was great otherwise.Opinión del 12 sept 2022

I said specifically to drop off car at LAS airport but the rental desk in Salt Lake City airport scheduled drop off at a location more than four miles from the airport. Fortunately, the Hertz people at Las Vegas airport helped us get the issue resolved and allowed me to leave the car there.Opinión del 2 jun 2022

The customer service was lacking. First, we were put in a car that wasn't the size we had paid for. The person at the counter was rude about it and only the Hertz gold customer service was helpful. After arriving an hour late, we were also told our car wasn't ready and we'd have to wait 30 minutes for it to be cleaned.Opinión del 18 mar 2022
