Was told incorrect information about the EZ toll pass. I was told at pick up that I would be charged for the tolls I went through. I never ended up going through any tolls and was charged daily instead for something I never used.Opinión del 16 dic 2022

Reserved full size SUV and they gave me a Ford Explorer stating that it was full size since technically it held 7. Not what I had reserved. Asked for bigger vehicle like minivan without 2nd row bench or Suburban and they didn't have any. Vehicle had only 1200 miles and transmission was already shot. Jerked and lagged when changing from drive to reverse to back in. Jerked when shifting from 1st to 2nd and was automatic.Opinión del 7 jun 2022

Car was super dirty. Front windows must have had tint on them that was removed. It left the glue on the windows making them sticky and hard to look through. Also effected the operation of the windows. My wife cleaned most of the interior because the dash and center council area was covered with pop or something sticky.Opinión del 29 abr 2022

The business was no where to be found. We spent two hours driving around asking everyone where it was. The phone number lead to a dead end also. It said, "don't leave a message here, we don't return calls". My only redeeming factor was I had NOT given them my credit card number to hold the reservation. THANK GOODNESS!Opinión del 28 dic 2021
