I was being forced into getting an electric car ( that could not meet the needs of my plans) only or they said I could pay 3 times as much to get a different car. I spent 2.5 hours pleading with on-site and phone support people who refused to help. It ruined my plans. This was an overall awful experience.Opinión del 26 may 2023

The car had over 60000 miles and had to be returned by tow truck. We had to wait almost 4 hours for the tow truck because they were sent to the wrong address. We had to wait in line for another hour to exchange the car. They added liability insurance to the bill even though we specifically refused it.
