They did not have the vehicle or similar that I reserved. Would only provide me a lesser vehicle for the same price or I had to pay (which I didn't have a choice) for the upgrade. Felt like it was an intentional bait and switch.Opinión del 25 jul 2023

I didn't like the service I received. Get dropped off i go in give the lady my id and my PayPal card which you can run it as a credit or debit. She refused to run my card just because it said debit on it. When I made the reservations it said nothing about what payment they accepted not even cash. The lady pissed me off its 90 degrees outside. She didn't even bother to have a shuttle or anything. So I had to walk In the heat all the way home. Ventajas:The vehicle was great.Desventajas:Grace period to make a change cause sometimes we make mistakes at making the reservation and miss to enter the correct time. I tried calling as soon as I got my email confirmation that I made a mistake on the pick up time, I was screwed.Opinión del 2 jun 2020
