It was easy to pick up the car and the location of the pick up was convenient. But were given the wrong parking slot which became confusing. We thought we were renting a “full size” car. The car at best was a mid size. We had difficulty fitting our golf clubs in the car. It was a struggle every time. That was disappointing.Opinión del 19 abr 2023

The Toyota did not come with usb charging ports. It only had a cigarette lighter adapter and we did not bring one with us. The car was a 2022 and I just can not imagine that charging a cell phone was not a item included in this car. We own 4 Toyotas and they all have usb ports and none of them are newer than 2019. The staff was very professional. There were no cars in the class category that I reserved but I was offered an option at a very reasonable cost. The vehicle was very comfortable and reasonable on miles per gallon. Returning the car was hassle free.Opinión del 30 dic 2022
