The rental was actually with Avis and not Enterprise (I cancelled one booking and rebooked). The experience was mediocre because I rented a standard SUV and when I got there they did not have any available. The guy at the counter convinced me the car they had which was like a van would get much better gas mileage than an SUV. It did not and was a rather strange car - had things like auto brakes that I have never had before and scared me when driving and they randomly came on....Opinión del 9 mar 2023

The Enterprise staff was friendly and very helpful. I had asked for an economy car and Kayak gave me a luxury car. When we arrived in Savanah the Enterprise rep asked me if the assigned car was okay and I requested a smaller one. The rep put us in an economy car (my initial request) and saved us $200. Car was very expensive...smelled like a barn, seats were very stained...and it was high mileage.... only redeeming factor was that I was able to rent a car even tho car availability was limited....and I booked it 3 months in advance..very disappointingOpinión del 26 sept 2021

We reserved a convertible (mustang or similar). They didn’t have one for us so we asked for a downgrade and got a Focus. They still billed us for the convertible rate even though they said there would be a savings.Opinión del 26 jul 2021
