It was great. We had a delay which left us getting to our pick-up location 5.5 hrs after the scheduled pick-up. The lady at the front counter helped us get a vehicle even after telling us the vehicle contract is terminated after a 2 hr delay. The vehicle was great. The pickup experience was awful. Long-line and slow service. Drop off was equally terrible. Poor signage to find the drop off area and only 1 person to check you out .Opinión del 29 jul 2023

1. They gave me half tank and I even gave full tank on return, still they charged me for fuel. 2. Pick and drop point at Malpensa Airport is not mentioned. 3. Support call was not supportive at all. Hertz and Dollar service is pathetic, I will never go for it again.Opinión del 25 jul 2023

When I dropped off car, the guy could have been more helpful. I went to checkout and he just stood there without acknowledging me. I was of course eager to get to my flight. It is painful for me to stand and he had me stand there until I said something.Opinión del 20 jul 2023

Hertz pick up was inexistent. There was no assistant phone line. Neither for pick up nor drop off. The 700€ deposit requirement was never mentioned prior to pick up day. Horrible experience overallOpinión del 29 jun 2023

They didn't give the car as they asked for international driver license though I had driver license in English and had no problem in renting the car with other company in the airport. Which was of course more expensive and time wasting.Opinión del 13 jun 2023

I booked the car in italy. I took videos of the car prior to driving it out of the lot to protect myself. Surely enough, they are charging me 160 euros for “new cosmetic damages “. Not true! The damages are clearly seen on my video and pictures. They are a scam. I’m fighting the case hoping they don’t unfairly take my money.
