Dropping off the car after hours no one let us know that we needed to pay an additional fee. Also, we had to drop it off at a nearby gas station, however the attendant there had no idea what we were talking about. After arguing with him for ages, making us late to get to the airport, he finally contacted his manager who explained the car return process to him and we were able to drop off the car.Opinión del 25 oct 2022

We had to delay our pickup of our rental car since the streets were all blocked off in Edinburgh (due to the Queen at St. Giles Cathedral). The gentlemen at the Easirent Edinburgh were so easy to work with and really understanding when we had to make changes to our plans due to the Queen's presence in the city. When we finally picked up our vehicle on Wednesday, the process was smooth and they had it all ready for us. We had a great experience with Easirent.Opinión del 30 sept 2022

The office isn't great but also looked like it was under renovations. Pick up was quick and easy, options laid out well. I was prepared with documents. Opted for full coverage. (less than 150) had a flat without a spare however they quickly put me in touch with dispatch and secured a service provider who replaced the tire (for a charge).
