Ventajas: Seats were comfortable.

Desventajas: There was no food or drinks on an international flight - you had to pay for even a coffee or tea ...... not acceptable!

Ventajas: Glenlivet whisky for free

Ventajas: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Desventajas: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Ventajas: Crew is very attentive and working hard during trying times.

Desventajas: My chairs screen in particular was very difficult to use because the touch screen was not working 90% of the time.

Ventajas: Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Ventajas: Crew is excellent, polite and personal!

Desventajas: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Ventajas: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Desventajas: All good up to the level

Ventajas: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.

Desventajas: Very narrow seats and thim cushion. No entertainment offered an do means of recharging electronic devices.

Ventajas: Cops is always a good reason to flight

Desventajas: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Ventajas: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Desventajas: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Desventajas: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.

Ventajas: It was a decent train ride.

Desventajas: Stating it’s a train from the beginning and not having to go from one train station to another.

Ventajas: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Ventajas: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Desventajas: Seat recline was broken- wouldn’t hold position.

Desventajas: With the coronavirus breakout it was better if they pass disinfectant wipes especially before meals

Desventajas: Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up

Ventajas: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Desventajas: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Ventajas: I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me.

Desventajas: Same airline coming from one place have different methods it’s a bit confusing.

Ventajas: The audacity of your gross negligence in a time of global pandemic.

Desventajas: Any semblance of social responsibility or ethical behavior.

Ventajas: Young crew, with positive attitude and very kind and helpful.

Desventajas: The seat could have been thicker and softer for greater comfort--instead, it was thin and flimsy. There should also be greater space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Desventajas: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Ventajas: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Desventajas: Don’t sell an unrealistic connection time

No one was there to navigate us through a delay that you all caused. We were traveling with 5 children and there was zero sense of urgency. We missed our connecting flight as a result as did the 100+ other passengers on this flight. How could BA not notify it’s partner AA to delay the connecting transatlantic flight as a result of its 1hr long delays? Horrid!

Ventajas: The crews are so friendly, especially the leg from Heathrow to Los Angeles. Smiling and don't making faces.

Desventajas: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Desventajas: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Ventajas: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Desventajas: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Ventajas: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Desventajas: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Desventajas: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Desventajas: Food was terrible honestly, entertainment system didn't work on 1st flight.

Ventajas: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Desventajas: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Ventajas: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Desventajas: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.
