Car was great although there was no explanation of the car we were just handed the key and sent off on our way. A lot of digital stuff in the car to figure out. Otherwise great experience. Pickup and drop off very easy.Opinión del 10 ago 2021

Had a hiccup due to reserving the car at the wrong airport (my error). The folks at Enterprise Phoenix Sky Harbor were amazing. Found me a car and honored my original quote. Got me on my way in no time and were very friendly and helpful.Opinión del 3 ago 2021

Ventajas:I didn’t like anything. We arrived at our original airport only to find out the rental was booked at a different airport. I had to pay $100 to Uber to the Mesa airport and when I got there, they didn’t have any cars. There was a line of about 30-40 people that were all waiting for cars.Desventajas:Kayak needs to do a better job of disclosing the location of the rental place. I put in the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. What I didn’t realize is they switched the airport to the Mesa airport. Then when we finally were able to get to the Mesa airport, there weren’t any cars.Opinión del 27 mar 2021

Desventajas:When i arrived, i was told they didn't have the specialty car i reserved. There were two identical ones in the parking lot and they said they were reserved for others. Not sure why my reservation wasn't valid and theirs was. They did offer another car, but it was our 30th anniversary and we had our heart set on the convertible. Fortunately, Hertz overheard us and they had one and gave us a great deal on it.Opinión del 24 dic 2020

Ventajas:They upgraded my car because there were no economy cars availableDesventajas:There was only one person at the rental counter and 15 customers in line. I believe I left a pair of Samsung Galaxy AirBuds in the car that nobody alerted me to.Opinión del 30 nov 2020
