I liked the customer service and getting the car was quick. The problem, as always, is that you end up paying more for insurance and additional services. Car return was super easy. On the other hand, the car Fox gave me had a mechanical problem, but I could not identify it. It was not very new and had a weird sound when driving. Double charged credit card and spent 1 Hr on hold to try to get it fixed. Car dirty with food on floor and seats from prior rental. Car we reserved was not available at time of pick up so “upgraded” to a jeep which was very impractical for our needs as you cannot fully open the trunk/back without disassembling the window which was highly discouraged by staff due to how hard it is to do.Opinión del 4 ago 2023

Flight was delayed due to weather. Pickup was scheduled for 11:00 PM. They close from midnight to 6:00 AM. I was at their counter at 2:30 AM and no one was there. I called them at 7:00 AM and was told that they only hold reservations for 6 hours unless prepaid then it’s 12 hours. It was impossible for me to get my reservation within that 6 hours due to the fact that they were closed. I had to rent a car on short notice from Alamo for much more. The staff was very friendly but the insurance cost valued up to over 50 dollars decreasing the cost effectiveness. Conclusively the car was very very very dirty.. the back seat was folded and so we didnt see initially but when we unfold the seat, there was snack crumbled all over and it was unbearabl to be honest... please clean the vehicle please. We were not told about the extra driver charge. We were also told that every toll in Seattle was $20.00 so we took the toll package. When driving, the tolls showed $2,50, $3.50 etc. They were nowhere near $20.00 so we overpaid for them. A quote of $227.xx for the rental car turned out to be $411.xx.
