They definitely needed a lot more people for check in. Took close to an hour. Also, I paid for the additional driver and they ended up doing the calculations in a way that they charged tax on the entire vehicle cost and additional driver instead of just the additional driver (since I had already paid the other costs). Awful. Reservation not actually reserved. Had to wait in a line for 1.5 hours while **1** agent slowly dealt with a huge queue of people. Delay made me late for photo shoot i was directing. Hertz= never again.Opinión del 1 jun 2023

it took over 1/2 hour, maybe even 45 mins to get through the line to get the rental car. it smelled like smoke or something gross in the car. took another 10 mins to get out of the parking lot due to the line. because of all this (and my flight had a slight delay) i wasnt able to make my appointment in seattle, which was annoying. my husband always pushes me to use hertz because its supposed to be better, but i disagree...Opinión del 7 abr 2023

The vehicle we ended up with was nice for the long drive, but waiting for 3 hrs only to be immediately handed a vehicle upon my 3rd check-in was just not OK. There was nobody else left in the entire lobby.. we were driving to Denver because our flight was canceled for a week. Actually terrible experience.Opinión del 2 ene 2023
