Awful. Lot full of cars but unwilling to rent us one at 11pm— but charged us for a rental when we didn’t come back to pick it up at 4amOpinión del 21 jul 2023

Will never rent a car through Kayak/Hertz again. Had to cancel the reservation due to a death in my family. Had to call repeatedly to get a refund. Only after plenty of frustration and time on the phone was able to receive a partial refund. Not a good experience.Opinión del 3 jul 2023

My wife picked up the rental and accidentally purchased cdw insurance. I called and could not get through to a human. The office where it was picked up did not answer the phone. I stopped in a different office and asked to remove the cdw for the remainder of the trip and was told that could only be done at the original pickup location, which is ludicrous.Opinión del 26 dic 2022

The cost of the rental for one day was too expensive. I will never rent from you again. I did'nt want to buy the car. I travelled 120 miles & used $20.00 worth of gas. What a ripoff.Opinión del 19 oct 2022

The pickup location given was not a Hertz rental car, I had to call and lucky they switched my reservation. After getting the car out of the garage I realized the car was dirty inside, the radio volume didn't work properly.Opinión del 8 jul 2022

The staff lady did not type my NAME correctly. Didn’t have my credit card with so I used debit. They did a credit check. My name was misspelled. So I couldn’t get the car. Went with another car rental.Opinión del 12 abr 2022

The staff were very courteous, personable and generally excellent. When returning the vehicle, I had left an item in the hire car. One member of staff tried to locate the car and could not so went to the desk and spoke to staff there. They radioed through to another member of staff who located the car and then the item. I cannot thank them enough for their patience!Opinión del 8 abr 2022
