Charged for something I didn’t buy
Hi I’m disappointed in my stay because I got charged for the drinks in the fridge that I didn’t use
I don’t like to be asked for a tip. I always tip but I hate it when an employee has to gesture a sign to give him a tip. Also I checked in my vehicle into valet and never checked it out during my stay. When I checked out they said that I had checked out my vehicle a day prior and they couldn’t find the keys. I stayed 2 days and no one came in to take the trash out or clean the room.
Back to the basics would be smart

Check-in process took forever. Lines to check-in, lines to store luggage while waiting to check-in. Mini bar charge that shouldn't have been on bill required 2 calls to remove.
Make sure u don't get an old room
Horrible experience! From moment I arrived it was a bad experience! The line to check in took 45minutes They gave me an old room!! No hot water kettle for coffee! Bathroom didn't have a door! No minibar!! Even the cheapest hotels out there have coffee in the rooms! Hallway smelled like urine! To get to my room I had to walk almost 20 minutes to get there! Check out line took almost 25minutes! And so what exactly did the resort fee that I paid go to! not worth it at all! And when I told the check out agent all of this nothing at all was offered!
Booked west wing king got a cheap queen room by the staff room and ice
Hotel itself is nice, great pools.
Paid extra for the grand king room. $40 more a night then the online rate for a run of the house room or the west wing king/queens etc. Check in at 8pm told rooms are sold out and will I take 2 queens. I’m Travelling with friends but staying in a room by myself so would’ve preferred one bed but sure not a big deal but I paid way more. She goes to the mgr and they’ll knock one night of resort fee off, which is only the $40, the amount I paid extra per night, shouldn’t you knock off. Both nights?I didn’t bother arguing but then I get room 801, right next to the elevator, the ice machine AND the staff meeting room. It was loud day and night, 4pm you want to have a nap after some sun and you get to listen to the dozen or so staff laugh, clap and be loud. I’m glad their happy, but to be honest I don’t think I’ll stay here again due to the fact when I asked to swap rooms at the front they said they couldn’t and that the room was fine. I feel because I booked off a discount site they didn’t care about screwing over the paying customer. As a group we spent at least $7500 on shows, food, drinks and gambling in this casino and their sister resorts which are all part of our m’lifes cards. Disappointing they couldn't find one better room in a large hotel for 1 or 2 nights for a group spending this kind of cash in their establishments. Next time I’ll go back to the Wynn, the pools aren’t as tropical but the restaurants are better and the customer service is second to none.
The TV didn't work; it needed a new modem. Then they delivered a refrigerator which I didn't request and the delivery person expected a tip..Too smoky
A week at the MGM
It was close to everything, yet not in the middle if everything. Short walk to mid strip activities. Hotel staff were nice and the inside was kept clean.
The rooms had no microwave, small fridge, coffee maker or any other item in them. Just a tv, hair dryer, and a safe. This as in a double queen room with a strip view, that was not a low end room. Like everything elce, nothing was free. At check out be ready for higher than reported fees. Each day add $40 ish to your bill for fees and taxes. So the “deal” KAYAK gives you may not be all that great!
The rooms were modern and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, and everyone was extremely accommodating to our personal needs.
Todo el mundo era muy agradable y servicial con respecto a cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. Un fantástico lugar para alojarse. Prepárate para perderse por unos minutos en el hotel. Es grande
Great place to stay in Las Vegas
The view, location, amenities and facilities were really comfortable. Also the check-in and check-out process were really easy.
I know is Vegas but I don’t like the cigar smell at the Casino. That’s the only thing that I would disagree, but it’s understandable since is a Casino.

No coffee in room. Also, no mouthwash. The refrigerator had some sort of lock on it and a message that said you would be charged if it was opened or tampered with.

El servicio de habitación nunca llegó, hasta el día antes de que nos fuéramos. Se acabó el papel higiénico. La máquina de hielo estaba rota. Dijeron de cambiarnos a otra planta. Los enchufes de la pared se quedan colgando.
Lo suficientemente agradable
La habitación estaba bien limpia y preparada. El personal es muy agradable y amable. Gran restaurante Morimoto, nuevo.
El aire del casino era bastante húmedo.
Este complejo con spa cuenta con una buena ubicación en la zona de La Franja de Las Vegas, a quince minutos a pie de Teatro Park y Estadio T-Mobile Arena. Pabellón deportivo Thomas and Mack Center y Centro de convenciones Las Vegas también están a menos de 5 kilómetros. Estación de monorraíl MGM Grand está a 7 min a pie, mientras que Estación de monorraíl Ballys - Paris Las Vegas se encuentra a 20 min.
