The overall experience was great! I needed a large truck to buy a piece of furniture for my toddler. The prices at the airport were most affordable but they did not allow me to park my personal vehicle at the rental location for longer than 20 mins! The only solution was to pay for parking at the airport and shuttle back and forth, which was pretty difficult with 2 toddlers and 2 car seats. They were very un-accommodating and delayed my trip by an hour. Other than that, it was a great car!Opinión del 26 jun 2023

Drop off was a breeze. Pick up took 3 hours. Manager came out after 2 and a half hours in line. Decided to take people out of line that had made their reservations any day but the same day. The. Created a new line with these customers. Then proceeded to help these customers then once they were helped she disappeared again. She left only two individuals at the front counter helping the rest of a very long line. Extremely poor management.Opinión del 31 dic 2022

We arrived at the rental car center at 7:50 pm. We drove away with our car at 10:40 pm. I am sympathetic that Christmas Eve is hard for staffing but it was a miserable wait with only two people serving over 50 customers ahead of us. The worst part though is that while we got a car, we were one of the last ones. I don’t understand how they can’t figure out their inventory and were still making confirmed reservations when they didn’t have enough cars.Opinión del 29 dic 2022

Check the vehicle over before next renter. The tank was not full, the back passenger side tire was under inflated and I have had to add air 3 times since rental, and lastly the vehicle had a Florida tag that expired in June 2022. other wise vehicle is comfortable and runs well. All good except the line at the Oakland Airport is too long. The whole Avis, Budget, Payless section was run by 3 people and there were at least 25 people in line most of the time. I had to wait close to 45 min to get to the counter. Once there, very quick and efficient.Opinión del 23 may 2022
