It would have been important to have the local team inform about how complicated it is to find charging stations in Texas. The staff and customer service were always friendly and courteous, however I did get mixed messages from various members of the team. The end cost at the counter was more than double the original quoted price. The car itself had a weak battery and refused to start in cold weather. This made me have to decide whether to call for emergency service and lose a day with my family getting a new car or be without a functional car when the weather was below 50 degrees.Opinión del 5 ene 2023

I didn't take this car because the line to pick it up was an hour long and I didn't have that kind of time to spare. It's one thing to offer Thrifty pricing to get consumers to buy; it's quite another if you can't deliver with timely service.Opinión del 2 may 2022
