They didn’t honor the reservation. I got to the airport to pick up the car, and they announced that they weren’t honoring same-day reservations. So I did not get a car from Dollar, and will never rent from them again.Opinión del 22 ago 2023

Despite the long queue and the technical error I experienced when I picked the car up, the receptionist who serviced us was so helpful that we didn't mind the 1hr delay it caused. Highly recommended.Opinión del 12 jul 2023

Had to wait over 3 hours for a car. 1.5 hrs in line at counter. 1.5 hours in garage waiting for a car. They never did have the 7 seater we reserved and prepaid for so we had to cram into a 5 seater. No refund was possible (according to them) since we prepaid. It was terrible waiting with my 3 kids that whole time in the heat. We had a rock chip and crack the windshield and despite calling and emailing there was no one who could help or tell us what to do. Will not ever rent from Dollar again.Opinión del 9 jul 2023

The quoted price was not honored- and, I noticed they charged me for accidental insurance coverage when I had declined it. The signing for the car was easy, but I didn’t double check the extra charges. Buyers beware!!Opinión del 28 jun 2023

We had to wait in the garage line for 1 hour and 45 minutes, after waiting in line at the counter for 40 minutes. This made us late for plans we had in our destination city… in which we thought we had plenty of time to make it to.Opinión del 10 jun 2023

All good, except pick up. Spent 3h on Saturday to get a car. This place needs more stuff on the weekends. Not employees fault but the management.Opinión del 8 jun 2023

We did not rent from Dollar. We had a reservation. When we arrived at the airport there were about 150 people waiting in line. I was not going to stand in line for 3 hours and find out they had no cars. We went to Budget and rented a car for $20 more. Kayak should not be offering reservations for an agency that is obviously overbooked.Opinión del 6 jun 2023

Waited in line for 90 minutes to pick up my prepaid rental car and when I reached the counter, I was told it would be another 2 hour wait because there were no cars available. I missed my ticketed event.Opinión del 22 may 2023
