On a holiday weekend there was ONE person working the counter for Dollar, Thrifty and Hertz. There were over 60 people in line and we stood there for over an hour. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I would have gladly paid more money to a different company that was able to get people in and out in under 10 minutes. Won’t use them again!Opinión del 1 jun 2023

Buick Encore has a very awkward USB charging port with no charging pad as an option. Rental return was not good—Nashville Int charged for an additional four hours though it was returned on time, and fuel refill when it was returned full. Disappointed.Opinión del 17 may 2023

no one would ever assist me on the phone or in person….when i went to pick up my car no one was working. I had to dispute my charge and rent from another place. Worst experience ever. Will never never rent from Dollar again.Opinión del 26 abr 2023

Roughly $460.00 to drive the car from Nashville to Memphis (approximately 220 miles) is a bit expensive! Also, the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. I will say that the customer service employee’s were nice to work with.Opinión del 28 mar 2023

Pick up was easy. Dollar, Hertz and one other vendor were co-located and each was able to assist with the other's customers. Therefore, my wait was minimal. My only issue was trying to figure out what I needed to do to return before they opened at the airport. As it turned out the informaiton was on the envelope and on signs at the airport. Still, I didn't realize that at the time so I tried to call without success. It turned out to be no problem, just left the keys in the car.Opinión del 14 nov 2022

No Dollar rep was available for Pick up or Drop off. Had to end up getting a completely different car than I paid for. Never using Dollar ever again, and I am blacklisting them from my company.Opinión del 10 nov 2022
