The price quoted and already charged was for around $30. When we got there and they demanded $230 more plus up to a $5000.00 deposit. That’s usd! Total scam! We called a taxi to leave and he said they are notorious for that. He personally picks up someone once or twice a month for the same thing.Opinión del 27 oct 2022

This company gives you an online price and then adds fees to it regarding taxes and insurances which triples the price when arriving in person. Read the fine print before accepting their car and they do not give good quality cars. We had a 2018 March Nissan which was too compact for three people! Cuando llegué para retirar el auto, me cambiaron las condiciones de contratación. Tuve que pagar un adicional de USD225.- y una garantía de UD574. el auto hacía ruidos por todos lados, estaba sucio y en mal estado. una experiencia horrible. There were hidden insurance fees of $30 usd a day. They also took forever to get us shuttled there and then a long wait to sign documents, then a long wait to get the car to us. Took 2 hours and an extra $90 of insurance to get the car. Oh and the battery of the fob was dead.Opinión del 17 ago 2022

This company clearly operates with predatory practices. Located about 5 miles from the airport, we had to wait for an hour for a pick-up. Once there, they required us to accept an over $600 charge for liability insurance, even though we understood that companies there must carry their own insurance and additional is not required. We were hit with a choice between putting a $16,000 deposit on our credit card to waive insurance, or buying insurance that cost much more than the car rental itself.
