Desventajas: Drinks cart broken! No snacks water or drinks. Temp very hot in cabin. Staff nice.

Ventajas: Los asientos son incómodos seamos honestos y no solo con Interjet pero obvio si hay mejores

Desventajas: Oraganizacion y compras detalladas en la red ,no puedes pagar maletas y llegas al aeropuerto y te dicen usted ya pago pero nomas por su boleto y les contesto su página mediocre no da más opciones así no se puede

Desventajas: Late boarding and late arriving at Cancun. Crew is just a job not very helpful and polite. On board entertainment is almost nonexistent and food is a joke.

Desventajas: Connecting flight was a nightmare. Airline did not accepted electronic boarding pass. They made me make a 1 hr. line to get a paper one. Couple of passengers and I almost lost flight. Volariis counter staff did not provided nor informed a paper boarding pass was needed to fly internationally when I told them I was traveling to Dallas.

Ventajas: nothing of the flying company I liked the bags have cost, the snaks also have terrible cost company I do not return to travel by volaris

Desventajas: The airport reps were not at all helpful and my flight was changed to noon vs. The one I purchased.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed by 5hrs Hard to get clear information about the delay and when we were actually going to leave. Horrible wifi in Mexico Airport. They had all passengers board the plane and then decided to refuel, so everyone sat in the airplane for 1 hour at the gate before leaving. We didn’t even get a drink of water on the plane. We were sitting in the last row in the back of the plane and when the attendant got to us it was time to land so she just skipped our row. I highly dis recommend Volaris.

Desventajas: Súper impuntual, nuestro vuelo se retrasó por un daño en el avión y aunque nos dieron bono para desayuno nunca recibí una verdadera compensación ya que el vuelo salia a las 8am y salimos casi a las dos, el personal muy desubicado no sabia ni en que banda entregarian equipaje y en su trato no fueron amables. Por mi parte super descontenta, perdí todo un día en Cancún.

Desventajas: First time flying Volaris, both flights were delayed. The seats were very uncomfortable and overall bad experience.

Desventajas: I’m very surprised for the poor service.and hold the people inside the plane for an hrs before departure iin Mexico City and Guadalajara. You have to work harder to your personal goals. For good service.

There was no kiosk for check in, the crew was not helpful prior to checking in, multiple occurrences where a group member was stopped for no reason by airline crew member, there were at least two seats that were duplicated on the airlines part, there was a delay on the flight due to over booked seatings, seats did not recline, no phone charging services.
