The Pantry Restaurant had very good food and excellent coffee.
The air conditioning in the hallways. If you have a room at the end of the hallway, you just about freeze before you get to your room.

The staff are some of the friendliest, most efficient and professional I've ever come across!!! They are so very helpful. The Pantry restaurant has some of the best food on the strip, which is handy if you don't want to go far to eat. The pool is awesome! Roomy enough to accommodate plenty of people.
The hotel is a tad bit dated but clean, tidy and well maintained. I will never get used to walking through the casino cigarette smoke to get to the elevators that take you to your room. It's awful and everything reeks of stale smoke, including any clothes you wear as you walk through the casino.

Check in/check out process is painful; correct room was not available and kiosks did not work; staff corrected everything by waiving resort fee and providing a food voucher

At checkout, they did remove the resort fees from bill. Spa was excellent, both shows were great, Portofino restaurant was excellent
Room A/c was 7 degrees below what was set, after A/C guy came to room with directions, such as make sure handle was up on door....keep washcloth on top of thermostat?...and turn on fan when you leave room...nothing changed. Fire alarm went off at 4am with loud recordings for the next 20 minutes, water on sinks in bathroom was messed up, and TV was searching for signal for probably a total of 6 hours in the week we were there. Be prepared to spend a LOT of money on food anywhere in hotel.

The casino and staff were nice
For over 120$ for a room, I expect a little fridge and microwave in there. Even Motel6 has those lol. It was also a $20 charge to valet park the car, something that should be free for those staying at the hotel. Next time I'll just stay somewhere cheaper.
Beds were soft, pool was amazing and the view was incredible. I liked that the windows did open a little when the room got stuffy.

Only part of the entire stay that was positive was the Operations Manager finally coming through after having complained 4 times about my room and it still not being resolved.
Housekeeping was an absolute joke. Leads me to believe that there is no communication between front desk and housekeeping. First night I check in, got a room with two queens. Almost jumped in to be to notice a big urine stain on the sheets. Thank God the second bed was clean so I slept in it. Oh did I mention the clump of long black hair on the ice bucket. Reported the issue the following morning and the girl removed the resort fees for two nights only to come back that evening to find the issue still glaring at me in the face. Reported the issue the following morning to the same girl I talked to the prior morning and this time all she offered was to remove one more nights resort fees (apparently as issues escalate the process to resolve the issue is to make the customer less happy). Much to my surprise I found the issue yet unresolved that evening when I returned to my hotel room. At this point I was thoroughly disgusted, what else wasn't cleaned in my room prior to me checking in and during my stay I wonder. Having found the issue unresolved I marched down to the desk to talk to someone that would give me more than a "We have done the most we can do" speech. I asked for a manager who too while apologetic had his hands bound with what he could do. When I asked him to go up to my room and see the issue for himself he informed me he had no idea that issue was unresolved for three days now. Eventually he pulled some strings and got me a ticket to a show and $50.00 credit for dinner. I work in the service industry and know that what most customers want is for the issue to be corrected and to some extent to be taken care of. After my first day that's all I wanted, I didn't ask for any money (company trip, company expense) so how hard is it to acknowledge a breakdown somewhere in the system, apologize and take care of the issue.

El precio que me dieron es bastante bueno y en general está por encima de la media, no creo que puedes pedir más con este precio.
Limpieza llamó dos veces a las 9:30, y creo que esto no es realmente apropiado, ya que creo que la mayoría de las personas están todavía dormidos en ese momento, pero sin importancia
La habitación en la que nos alojamos fue recientemente renovado. El día que fuimos había un aparcamiento gratuito.
No hay bañera en la habitación. Largo paseo de mostrador de facturación de los ascensores. Tienen poco personal en recepción.
La nevera traqueteaba toda la noche. Además, el espejo en el cuarto de baño tenía una luz que se no apaga. Juntos, el ruido y la luz hacía difícil dormir. Llamamos e informamos de los problemas, pero nadie vino a arreglarlo.
Una máquina de café en la habitación estaría bien
