El hall muy pequeño sin un lugar cómodo para esperar al taxi por ejemplo o sentarte un rato tranquila... un cinco estrellas... con las estrellas muy justas El personal muy poco colaborador...menos una recepcionista española que era encantadora ...antes de hacer el Check out nos bloquearon la entrada a la habitación y tuvo que subir el conserje a abrir la puerta... cuando se supone que hasta las 12 podíamos usar la habitación ... y nos cobraron la estancia completa la madrugada antes de salir??? ... no lo entiendo no nos había pasado nunca...la atención ha sido fría y distante

Ventajas: El silencio absoluto de la planta y el servicio fue fantástico

Desventajas: El sistema de calefacción o aire acondicionado no era sencillo

Ventajas: It was a fantastic hotel. Staff were excellent. Rooms cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely terrific. Brilliant choice of food. If I had one request as a semi disabled person I would like a walk in shower. But having said that I will definitely be back next year pg.

Ventajas: Perfect location close to the city center and Tram, attentive and polite staff, new and well-kept facilities, large bathroom, perfect bathtub, well-rated restaurant and varied breakfast. Most importantly, valet garage, a rare facility in Prague

Ventajas: Fantastic hotel, really close to the city centre. Warm, spacious, comfortable and inviting room. Trams to take you anywhere in city stop just round the corner. Palladium shopping centre is also close by, with restaurants and cafes galore.

Desventajas: Absolutely nothing

Ventajas: La ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la ciudad vieja. El desayuno maravilloso. Y su restaurante, Next Door, muy recomendable, para una cena o almuerzo, todos los platos estaban deliciosos.

Ventajas: The staff was really Nice, and the location was perfect. The room clean and bed comfortable. It felt good!

Desventajas: I didn’t like the shower..... I had to climb into a quite high bath for the shower which had now pressure on the water stream. Some moments to hot or not enough hot and then oke for a moment The staff was very helpfull, I think the pressure was oke after but not the changes of the heat.

Ventajas: The location was just amazing!! The hotel was warm, beautiful and so comfortable. The taxi service offered by the hotel is so easy and we arrived in comfort and style. Staff were caring and very friendly - especially the breakfast staff who looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble - The lady supervisor was very attentive and even gave us a lovely small jar of honey to take back. Also the food and drinks menu on offer in the hotel aren't too expensive - great if you struggle to find anywhere out to eat. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Desventajas: There was no dressing table mirror in the room - only in the bathroom and back of door. This made it hard to do hair and makeup in the morning.

Ventajas: Habitación y baño grandes, desayuno enorme y delicioso incluido, buena ubicación en el cruce de la ciudad vieja y nueva. Una maravillosa sala de estar ejecutiva con vino y bebidas gratis y comida y un personal amable.

Desventajas: Se permitía fumar en el bar/salón público, lo que hizo que fuera desagradable sentarse allí. Además, habría sido bueno tener una luz de noche en el cuarto de baño.

Ventajas: Las camas eran muy cómodas y la habitación era amplia (para Europa). El personal era muy servicial y amable. Un desayuno incluido bar caliente fue muy apreciado. La ubicación era perfecta, ya que era el lugar donde la mayoría de las excursiones comenzaban.

Desventajas: Nada! Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo!

Ventajas: Great location. Walking distance to everything you need in Prague for a weekend visit. Really lovely breakfast and extremely pleasant staff.

Desventajas: Honestly I'm a bit dissatisfied with the room I've got. It was on the highest floor with small windows that was looking to others guest terrace, so no privacy at all. This was our second stay in the hotel. The first one was 2 years ago and I've got the room that was part of the bigger one (internal doors between rooms were closed) that was in the middle of renovation process. Drilling, loud noises, so again no privacy. Common guys, you could do better.

Ventajas: Fantástico hotel, en un lugar espectacular, cerquísima de todo. Un excelente buffet de desayuno y una amplia y cómoda habitación con una cama super confortable. El hotel está super cerca de cualquier rincón de la ciudad.

Ventajas: The location of the hotel is perfect- close to the center, Xmas market, shopping centers, restaurants. The room is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and varied

Desventajas: For 5 stars hotel the room should be better cleaned - need to vacuum room every days and flaking walls behind the bed should be fixed.

Ventajas: el hotel esta en muy buen barrio, cerca de todo y con mucho ambiente y sitios para comer. la habitación y el baño muy cómodo, el desayuno completo y el local del desayuno muy animado.

Desventajas: en nuestra planta de hotel, durante todos los días que estuvimos estuvo lleno de colchones y sillas, no me parece correcto en un hotel de 5 estrellas tener eso, nos molesto bastante.

Ventajas: Las vistas daban a otras habitación . No nos hicieron la cama solo dejaron toallas y ya lo demás todo sucio. Si puede ir al centro andando está como 30 minutos andando para lo que cuesta no vale la pena es muy caro.

Desventajas: el día siguiente no nos hicieron la cama, no limpiaron el baño, las habitaciones daban a las ventanales de otras habitaciones, el personal no es nada amable.

Ventajas: Everything. Very clean, convenient to shopping centers, good restaurants, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was very good.

Ventajas: Buena ubicación, con tiendas grandes al lado por si necesitas algo más. Cerca de muchos tranvías para llegar a todos lados. Habitación silenciosa. Instalaciones modernas.

Desventajas: No tenían desayuno low calories

Desventajas: Queda lejos del centro para ir caminando, pero en metro, tres paradas.

Ventajas: Hotel muy recomendable, algo alejado del centro pero suficientemente cerca, en un área más tranquila. Instalaciones nuevas y confortables.

Ventajas: Really liked the security for your luggage. Towel/toiletries were included.

Ventajas: Buen sitio para alojarse, excelente ubicación y el personal muy amable, de hecho tuve problemas con la reserva y me ayudaron.

Ventajas: The beds all had curtains and safe boxes that were locked with one's room key. There were multiple bathrooms and showers that were cleaned regularly each morning. The staff was very helpful, kind, and efficient with any and all requests.

Desventajas: There were not many spaces to relax outside of one's room and while the breakfast area had a nice sofa area, it was closed during the day. In addition, the WiFi was spotty at times and in certain places.

Ventajas: The Cleaness, and the location

Ventajas: Very good hostel. Perfect location near the main castle. Cleaning is super, very professional. Maybe the best hostel in Prague, very close to the famous Charles Brigde.

Desventajas: Kitchen does not follow the good hostel standard. The only part i dont liked.

Ventajas: Facilities are good and new. Bed is clean. Public space is nice. I like the kitchen and the balcony.

Desventajas: No elevator. It’s really tiring to lift my big suitcase into the room. Also I can’t sleep well, because other roommates always made noise during night(I know it’s not your fault)

Ventajas: Habitación muy amplia. Hostel bien ubicado. En las camas hay cortinas (nuevas, muy limpias sobre todo) que dan completa privacidad. En la recepción podes cambiar euros a coronas checas. La ultima noche había una pareja que no paraba de toser, muy pero muy fuerte. Molestaban a todos los que estábamos alojados. Estuvieron así la menos de 12 a 2am así que fui a recepción a pedir si me podían pasar a una cama en otra habitación y me dijeron que si. Agradezco ese detalle porque realmente me era imposible dormir con esta gente.

Desventajas: El colchón no era cómodo, muy fino y estaba ahuecado. El wifi no llegaba a la habitación, y si bien había buenas áreas comunes, en ellas hacía mucho frío así que no me daban ganas de quedarme ahí. A las habitaciones no las ventilan cuando limpian, así que no había buen olor (me ocupé yo misma de ventilar la habitación dos dias porque el aire estaba muy viciado :/) Un detalle que tienen que tener en cuenta es que antes de ir te llega un mail muy amable del hostel indicándote que del aeropuerto podes llegar con el tranvía 22. Perfecto! Ahora bien, hice este trayecto de noche (22hs) y el punto donde combinas el bus con el tranvía es una ruta, donde no hay absolutamente nada. La gente hablaba solo en checo, la pase mal. Seguí a una pareja que me dio al menos seguridad de no estar sola y así pude encontrar la parada del tranvía y con google maps supe que estaba yendo en el sentido apropiado. Estaria bueno que verifiquen esa info, porque haber hay otras maneras más seguras de llegar desde el aeropuerto.

Ventajas: Cleanliness, facilities and location. Very good.

Ventajas: La situación maravillosa al lado de la plaza de la ciudad vieja y del reloj . Agua y cafés e infusiones gratuita. Buen desayuno

Ventajas: The breakfast was outstanding! The noise level and clanking all night (from workers in the kitchen or hotel ?) and the night club was outstandingly loud. Not disclosed as to how loud it would be, and no earplugs provided.

Desventajas: Noise level, also heat was unbelievably hot. Even with heat turned off entirely, was ridiculously hot.

Ventajas: Excellent location - right next to Old Town Square. Very convenient to get around and felt safe. Breakfast was excellent - good spread and even included prosecco! Room was more than adequate - comfortable bed. Room was at perfect temperature. Would love to stay here again if visiting Prague.

Ventajas: La ubicación es excelente, en el centro histórico de Praga. A unos pasos de los mejores sitios turísticos de Praga. El desayuno es bastante completo, con bastante variedad.

Desventajas: La atención en la recepción es pésima; no son para nada respetuosos y rozan el límite de la mala educación. Me hicieron sentir que el turismo no es bienvenido en Praga, y miraban con ademanes despectivos cuando yo realizaba consultas. Adicionalmente, no me entregaron factura al final de la estadía. Solicité con anticipación el servicio de taxi del hotel al aeropuerto, y que se pueda abonar con tarjeta. No sólo llegó 20 minutos tarde del horario pactado, si no que cuando llegamos al aeropuerto me indicó que el postnet (para realizar el pago con la tarjeta), no tenía batería, por lo que debía pagar en efectivo (y tampoco me dio el ticket).

Ventajas: Ubicación excelente

Ventajas: La ubicacion es buenisima. La cama y sus almohadas son lo mejor. La amabilidad del personal. Buenisimos detalles, bebida de bienvenida, detalle por el cumpleaños. Calidad del desayuno muy buena. Limpio y amplio. Super recomendable

Ventajas: El personal era servicial. Cuando la señora del desayuno me dijo que el desayuno no estaba incluido en mi habitación y le demostré que era y no lo honraba, el gerente de la recepción corrigió el error

Desventajas: Las cortinas negras de la habitación, que daban a la calle luminosa, estaban rotas

Ventajas: Yo soy muy delicada y mimada en lo que se refiere a hoteles. Me alojé en una habitación ejecutiva por tres noches aquí y que superó mis expectativas y rivalizó con algunas de las más lujosas y caras habitaciones de hotel en el que me he alojado -- y por una pequeña fracción del precio!! El hotel está a un corto paseo de todo, una estación de tren está a menos de una cuadra de distancia, y hay un tranvía que va justo a la salida de la puerta principal. Cuando entras al hotel, el vestíbulo es engañoso porque es pequeño, gastado y, anticuado. Pero entras a tu habitación y ¡guau! La mejora de la habitación Executive vale la pena. Estaba muy bien diseñada, espaciosa y lujosa con un aseo independiente y baño completo. Los artículos L'Occtaine eran un toque agradable. La cama era muy cómoda y la ropa de cama era excepcional. La habitación era tranquila. El desayuno en el famoso restaurante del hotel era excelente. Me alegro que reservamos la habitación con la opción del desayuno. Vale la pena. En resumen: dudo que alguna vez encuentre una mejor relación calidad-precio en cualquier parte del mundo cualquier momento pronto.

Desventajas: El vestíbulo necesita una renovación.

Ventajas: Es un hotel con muy buenas instalaciones y un excelente servicio, a 10 minutos caminando del centro de Praga. Desayuno y sobretodo la decoración del restaurante increíble

Desventajas: Just a couple of loose tiles in the bathroom, however alerted reception team and they were very responsive.

Desventajas: Nos dieron una habitación, que no funcionaba la calefacción, tuvimos que reclamar 3 veces hasta que nos la cambiaron. La TV no funcionaba, decían que era por la nueva digitalización de la antena, quizás fuese verdad. Personal de recepcion en el hotel y recoje maletas , muy amables. Consergeria ( check in ) antipáticos.

Ventajas: Hotel modestista. Edificio histórico de Art Deco. Muy bonito, sobre todo la entrada, la escalera y la cafetería. Habitación amplia y confortable. Cambio de toallas y sábanas. Detalle de bienvenida. Cafetera en la habitación. Buen desayuno, variado, más del gusto americano. No es exquisito. Los fines de semana dan una copa de vino, tipo cava....entre semana no. Quiero destacar la buenísima comunicación con la gerencia del hotel.

Desventajas: Sin ser malo, podrían mejorar el café. Deberían ser más explendidos con las amenities, parece que les cuesta poner un pequeño jabón, nuevo. Lío con el pago de tasas municipales. Ordeño del turista a nivel mundial.

Ventajas: La habitación fantástica 109A, con una vista espléndida. El personal de recepción muy profesionales. Me he alojado diversas veces en este hotel y seguiré haciéndolo. Hotel muy céntrico que cumple con todas las expectativas de un 5*. Hotel altamente recomendable.

Ventajas: Great location and facitilies.

Desventajas: When I went to pay the receptionist used the card machine and clicked yes to paying in Czech currency on my card without my consent. I was charged an additional 20 euro because of this.

Ventajas: Stylish room, everything needed available, friendly staff and perfect location. Tasty breakfast.

Desventajas: Not soundproof room, could hear every sound from neighbors, however at night in was silent, so no problem with that. Not so versatile breakfast.

Desventajas: Noise outside started very early. Quilt was sheet like and ended up outside of the covers every morning as there was no buttons/zips. Pillows were not comfortable, asked for different ones to be told they were all the same. I have duck feather at home but these felt thin and cheap

Ventajas: El desayuno, el personal del mismo, recepción y ubicación del hotel.

Desventajas: Las almohadas, la cama, nos instalaron en la primera planta y teníamos ruido todas las noches de música del propio hotel. Un hotel es para descansar no para aguantar fiestas.

Ventajas: Ubicación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción inmejorable.

Desventajas: Poca luz en pasillos y aseo.

Ventajas: Además de la localización muy céntrica nos pareció cómodo y funcional, sin lujos. Personal encantador, Romina y sus compañeras en los desayunos y los chicos y chicas de la recepción todos/as encantadores.

Ventajas: Todo!!, muy amable todo el.personal, la habitacion super limpia, amplia y comoda, el desayuno delicioso, y super ubicacion. Nos cuidaron las maletas hasta la noche.

Desventajas: Terribly untrained personal, staff doesn't know basic things. Room remained dirty from previous guest and were not cleaned after several 'cleanings'. They just keep it their rooms in garbage all the time

Ventajas: En general muy agradable, el desayuno excelente, la "hora feliz" muy agradable, el vino Checo muy bien presentado, ubicación excelente, el personal la mayoría siempre dispuestos a ayudar, muy recomendable.

Desventajas: No parking, overly oppressive staff, unfair retroactive billing of a bottle of water! Conclusion: we won’t return, unfortunately.

Ventajas: Beautiful modern hotel in the center of old town of Prague, minute away from everything . Wine for free every day at 18.

Desventajas: A 5 star hotel you expect everything to be of highest standard, however the wall paper and textiles seem «warrned» out, with holes and old dirt , like the chairs in the spa area. The spa products in the room where cheap and not what I would expect at a 5 star hotel. The privat M room was also well used and did not look like an exclusive club. The interior needs a lift there too.

Ventajas: Location is perfect

Desventajas: Overpriced, overrated, definitely not 5 stars Rooms are very small, some items need renovation Bed is too soft, couldn’t sleep well Breakfast is average I wasn’t impressed .

Ventajas: Wonderful hotel in the center of Prague! I have enjoyed everything and the quality of the rooms and service was even more that I was waiting. Spa is really good quality and massage also. The breakfast is perfect. And very good service, very professional. I'm certainly will be back as soon I'm back to Prague!

Desventajas: Everything - true - everything was perfect!

Ventajas: It was well situated

Desventajas: Spider webs above my bed, the staff seemed annoyed when my key demagnetized. I accidentally upgraded to a suite and immediately emailed to correct it, hotel passed the buck to booking.com who assured me it was handled. The hotel DID see my email and reply, so they knew of the situation I get to the hotel and was promptly shown to the suite. I explained the situation to the guy showing me my room and he said "we will figure it out tomorrow". I called booking.com immediately. After about 45 minutes he returned to move me to a standard room. When he did so, he said its good I called cause I saved myself 800 euro.

Ventajas: Hotel casi nuevo (de 2011) Excelente ubicación y todas las instalaciones son muy modernas pero elegantes, prácticas en su mobiliario y decoración. Areas de jacuzzi y de sala de lectura y tv muy agradables. El personal muy amable y atento con el huésped.

Ventajas: El desayuno excelente igual que la atención. En recepción podrían ser un poco más agradables pero en general estuvo todo en orden

Desventajas: La habitacion reservada era más grande de la que nos dieron. Lamentamos también que no tuvieran servicio de transfer

Ventajas: La simpatía de la recepcionista (Marina ) y su paciencia para explicarnos lo necesario. La insonorización de la habitación (había obras en la calle y no se oía nada). Desayuno abundante y de calidad

Desventajas: Tener que irme

Ventajas: El hotel estaba muy limpio y el bufete del desayuno de calidad. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila, pero a tres paradas de metro del centro.

Desventajas: El precio de las habitaciones no es ninguna ganga, el nivel del hotel no es de cinco estrellas y la amabilidad de los empleados del hotel no sería su punto fuerte...

Ventajas: Hotel General is a small boutique hotel located very close to Andel Metro station. Front desk Staff were very courteous and helpful... we were warmly greeted. The breakfast was good with option of selecting any one item from the live station. Rooms were big, nice and clean.

Desventajas: During our stay the telephone was not working

Ventajas: Easy to book in and was given a large single room that was well appointed, in fact very comfortable. The hotel felt good to be in it is hard to describe but I was happy here

Desventajas: I think the breakfast could be better but I was allowed an early coffee which was good.

Ventajas: - value for money - the two bathrooms were great - breakfast was fantastic - the cleanliness was very good

Desventajas: - parking was expensive and we don't use it - the view from the room

Ventajas: El WiFi era excelente, y el desayuno impecable y super completo. Hay que agregar, que la atención, de todos los empleados es de admirar. Estamos muy contentos! :-)

Desventajas: Todo correcto.

Ventajas: En general todo el resto está perfecto hotel pequeño tal vez de las 5 estrellas se podría quedar en cuatro pero tenía su encanto

Desventajas: Caminando 40 minutos al centro aunque es cierto que el metro estaba a 3 minutos aunque no a todos los lugares del centro lleva el metro sí tranvías

Ventajas: The food. Very nice, and tasty. The breakfast waitresses were really polite, professional and courteous The staff . Very professional and courteous. The hotel. Very very clean, quiet and a good location too.

Desventajas: Nothing to complain about.

Ventajas: This was truly a 5 star experience. We booked a superior room on the 6th floor. I am generally a slightly fussy individual, and yet I cannot fault this hotel in any way. I really wish that all hotels were like this. It is one of the finest hotel experiences my wife and I have had. The room was large and exceptionally quiet. I slept very well. The bed and bathroom linen was changed every day.The bathroom area was wonderful. There was a bath, a separate adjoining toilet and bidet, and a large walk in shower. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is a comprehensive buffet bar with cooked food, a selection of fruits, yoghurts and cereals and bread and croissants etc. We also ate one night in the evening restaurant. The standard of the cuisine and choice of dishes was excellent, It is well located above the City near the Loreto and Castle, and my favourite Petrin Hill park with spectacular views over the City below. The regular number 22 tram takes minutes to go up and down the river level and costs less than £1. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night break here.

Ventajas: La tranwuilidad del hotel,se dormia muy bien y no habia ruidos y el desayuno excelente

Ventajas: Absolutely amazing. Everything that you would have expected of 5* star hotel - and still affordable

Desventajas: Fitness - only 3 machines. It can use some enhancements in terms of equipment

Ventajas: Everything... The room (junior suite was amazing), the breakfast, the hospitality of the people at the reception, at the restaurant,... Would definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel when visiting Prague.

Desventajas: Not necessarily negative, but something you should know: Location: if you want to walk to and from the centre, the way back to the hotel goes quite a bit uphill... But there is a tram line directly at the hotel, which takes you to the centre and back for 24 CZK one way.

Ventajas: El servicio y la calidad de los alimentos

Ventajas: This is really a good place to meet the demands of all guests who require a reliable, classy, conservative-style, five-star hotel in the center of Prague. The bathroom is well equipped, with all conveniences such as bathtub, shower and bidet, in a taste design. All the interior is perfectly clean, the beds are comfortable. The buffet breakfasts are excellent, offering everything needed: fried bacon, baked beans, mushrooms, eggs, porridge, juices, fresh fruit, salads.

Desventajas: The window of our room faces a cement yard, which is not very romantic, but is actually acceptable.

Ventajas: Hotel very nice and this was a return visit for me after having stayed before.

Desventajas: I thought that the extra bed in our room wasn’t sufficient. The bed would have been fine for a child but not an adult. I also feel that the extra bed was overpriced as it was only a put me up and not full size.

Ventajas: The bathroom was immaculate....not a word I use lightly. The staff were lovely and after reading some previous reviews I can't believe we've stayed at the same hotel. Yes it's a bit out of the main town but super easy on the transport and the value for money more than compensated, great stay!!

Desventajas: Nothing
