I like the convince of just having to scan a qr code to check out. What could have been better is that they could have cleaned the inside better. There was pet hair that still needed to be vacuumed out. My son found food in the 3rd rookie seat. All just gross.Opinión del 26 jul 2022

They do not take debit cards as advertised. Unfortunately, I hit a deer rendering my vehicle undrivable. We had to put the rental under my husband’s name since I only have a virtual credit card and their system is too old to utilize this newer technology. This resulted in an additional $13 fee per day! The whole situation was stressful enough with the circumstances of my rental and then to be charged additional money on top…Unacceptable! I won’t be using Thrifty again!Opinión del 27 nov 2021

Ventajas:The employees were incredibly friendly.Desventajas:You had two agents working the counter. It took over an hour and fifteen minutes to check out my car. That’s excessive. Everyone in line ahead of me had a reservation so it’s not like you weren’t expecting the influx of renters at that time.Opinión del 13 jun 2021

Ventajas:It was easy to schedule the reservation online.Desventajas:We weren’t told ahead of time that $200 more would be needed to secure the card. The agent also said the insurance we purchased online would not protect the car. The payment couldn’t be split between cards and only a credit card matching the driver’s license could be used. We weren’t able to get the car after all because we didn’t have the extra $200. So we lost our money and had no vehicle. Terrible and embarrassing experience.Opinión del 4 jun 2021

Ventajas:Prompt service, helpful staff and really efficient and convenient on everything.Desventajas:The quality of the vehicle could have been better. The oil light was on when we recieved the car, and needed changed. The brakes weren't 100% and were grinding a bit toward the end of our trip.Opinión del 11 may 2021
