Amazing the flight system was not updated. Finally reaching my connection airport the counter help was terrible and in spite made me go through some special security to get my bag. I was treated like a criminal ... after arriving at the desk the new agent said it was no problem that my bag was checked thru. Exiting I was again given the once over... plenty more but Aeromexico, nah."

Seat assignment, drinks, luggage, additional weight for luggage I’ve 22 lbs. a real ripoff compared to other airlines. Plus, they wouldn’t give us boarding passes for the leg from Guadalajara to Oaxaca in Oakland so we missed that flight and had to buy tickets on another airline."

Desventajas: "No es posible que retrasen tanto un vuelo cuando hay quienes vamos a la CDMX por unas horas a tener dos o tres citas y perdemos una o dos por culpa de sus resfriados. Más de dos horas y media perdidas en espera del vuelo, terrible, y ni siquiera un intento por acomodar a quienes nos urge llegar."

Desventajas: "The clerk at the ticket counter wanted the passenger to pay for the flight after it was already paid for. They kept telling her it wasn't paid for, even though the funds had been already in pending status. It took a different clerk to realize the mistake. Something tells me wanted to scam her."

Desventajas: "Everything they over charge on everything and they forgot to send our luggage so I had to wait till the next flight to get my luggage to get are boarding tickets the wanted to charge us $7 dollars for each person and for each luggage they charge us $50 dollars per when it should of been $26 dollars"

Desventajas: "Through the reservation website, at the last minute I paid extra to have a window seat. When I boarded, I didn’t have a window seat, so I paid for nothing. Flight was too warm. Only time I was able to get some sleep was when I turned my air blower full blast aimed at my face. Long and slow check-in."
