Ventajas: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Desventajas: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Desventajas: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Ventajas: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Desventajas: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Desventajas: Food, entertainment program, pillows and blankets would have been nice,

Ventajas: The crew was great except the pilot.

Desventajas: The worst landing I have ever experienced. We hit the ground very hard, it was jarring.

Ventajas: these aircraft are confyy...the staff super helpful to be honest i would rather fly with aero mexico than one of the u.s.a airlines for ex: american airlines ect.... and their selction for entertaiment was huge and up to date with all the latest stuff...

Desventajas: The chain in was slow an tedious.

Ventajas: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Desventajas: Food was okay. Small portions

Desventajas: Couldn't find a way to recline seat

Desventajas: Rude check in lady who said I needed to check bag (but didn’t. Loads of space)

Desventajas: Too warm in the cabin

Desventajas: The pancake was not cooked enough couldn’t eat it

Desventajas: Dirty plane, plane was late and my screen didn't work. Flight attendant was flippant.

Ventajas: My flight arrangements was not found I had to purchase new tickets and spend additional money for something I had already paid it took me almost all day to get everything straightened out it was the worse experience ever.

Desventajas: Refund me my money back

Desventajas: I was told I HAD to pick up my bag at the Mexico City layover, which turned out to not be true. Because I was told by 2 different people AND the flight announcement that I had to, it caused a lot of undue stress when I waited for my bag and it never showed up, because it was being sent all the way to Merida, my final destination. I thought my bag was lost, and I was scared flying to another country by myself, so it would have really helped my trip if they understood to tell me to look on my baggage receipt what city it said on there.

Desventajas: Air Canada is by far the worst airline ever! Lost our connection flight and arrived super late after being relocated in another flight.

Desventajas: I’m just thankful the Castlegar flight went.

Desventajas: As someone who is 6 feet tall, I was ridiculously uncomfortable the entire flight. My knees were pressed against the seat in front of me, and when the woman in front of me reclined, I couldn't even unfold the tray due to a lack of space. I was very unhappy,

Desventajas: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Desventajas: The breakfast scone was disgusting but dinner was great!

Ventajas: The crew were friendly and helpful as usual. No issues at all.

Desventajas: no tuvimos entretenimiento en todo el vuelo, en un viaje de 12 horas me parece inaudito que no tngamos hoy en dia este servicio, el personal estaba distraido, cuando s ele pregunto por el servicio de entretenimiento dijo que lo resetearían y luego de 2 hrs.que no sabian que pasaba pero el problema se ve que lo teneian desde que abrodamos, lo cual quiere decir que no lo corrigieron en tierra, la comida fue exactamente l amisma en mi vuelo de ida a Madrid y 15 dias después era el mismo menu, quizas tener una pequeña variante, se agradecería. Yo tenia la impresión de que aeromexico había mejorado pero me decpcionó este vuelo. Ojala tomen en cuenta los comentarios.

Desventajas: Terrible. Flights delayed by 90 minutes. Then on boarding we as a couple weren’t sat next to each other on the four across plane, but in the two aisle seats. This was bad. But then no one was sat next to my wife. So an empty seat, my wife, me, then a stranger. C’mon Air Canada, figures it out.

Desventajas: AC lost one of our suitcases and it did not arrive until late afternoon of the next day. Filled out a missing luggage report.

Desventajas: I like everything about the flight

Desventajas: It would be nice if at least snacks and a cup of water were provided.

Desventajas: Disaster of a flight - two hours late and blew connections in Mexico City for 11 people in our group.

Desventajas: Food and leg space were terrible. Flight to CUN didn't have individual TV screens and departed late.

Ventajas: Nothing it was delayed by over an hour and there was ZERO on ground or in air rebooking support or information at all! Ground crew were useless and rude. No one was there to navigate us through a delay that you all caused. We were traveling with 5 children and there was zero sense of urgency. We missed our connecting flight as a result as did the 100+ other passengers on this flight. How could BA not notify it’s partner AA to delay the connecting transatlantic flight as a result of its 1hr long delays? Horrid!
