Ventajas: Wonderful friendly crew. Comfy seat. Very pleasantly impressed with the comfort on a CRJ900 -- windows are large and closer to eye level, standing room is enough.

Ventajas: Crew were very pleasant and seemed to enjoy working

Ventajas: Surprisingly comfortable for such a short flight. The approach is impressive. Friendly attendants and captain kept everyone updated when there was a slight delay. Was overall a really nice flight

Desventajas: Another airport would be better, no extra charges for bags would be even better!

Desventajas: Attendant had a chip on his shoulder

Desventajas: It would have been great but they ran out of Buffalo Trace halfway through the flight - or that is the line from flight attendants

Desventajas: Service in first class and the heavy turbulence could of reached a warning from the pilot

Desventajas: No signage for frontier airlines at o'hare airport. Not found in the departure flight schedule for phoenix either. Even at the gate there was no sign for our flight, only shown while we are boarding was the next flight to Colorado. There was a lot of confusion.

Ventajas: Charged me 300 dollars for CARRY ON BAGS for all 3 ticketed passengers! On top of what I paid for the tickets! Complete SCAM!

Desventajas: My precheck info was put on my minor child’s ticket by kistake so I couldn’t go through the Pre check line.

Desventajas: My flights where canceled do to an error that should of been correct prior to 48 hours, they couldn’t do anything for me and just said sorry. And I had to buy a whole new flight. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Ventajas: On time Inexpensive Online chat assistance

Desventajas: My flight was canceled. I only found out the day before when attempting online check in. Consequently, I had to fly CUN to MEX and then MEX to MIA. My initial 2hr flight became a 7hr flight. Luckily my connection from MIA to SFO was the following day. No compensation or explanation was provided for the change.

Ventajas: Nice flight, good service, on time departure and on time arrival, but best of all... great price.

Desventajas: No complaints, but there is always room for improvements

Ventajas: Changed seat easily.

Desventajas: Flight was late, little organization at gate, seats so small you hit the seat in front of you so never comfortable, no complimentary food and drink, extremely loud airplane noises throughout flight.

Ventajas: The airline, Volaris, is great! Very professional and on time! They also took my luggage without charging me extra. Overall a great experience!

Desventajas: Maybe if the pilot would speak clearly. The Spanish nor English was clear on the first flight and I had a hard time following him.

Desventajas: Seats (too small and little distance between them) Food (although this time the breakfast was better, AA has the worst food selection compared to other airlines. I just have to get dinner at the airport or eat at the lounge before bording) service is also mediocre, flight attendants are lazy

Ventajas: The flight itself was fine.

Desventajas: The gate change was not announced on my phone app (changed from E7 to D49). I hate leaving out of Terminal E at MIA. There is no point to having TSA Pre-Check if you have to stand in line with people who don't have it. I have to remove my liquids and laptop. It's such a shabby, run-down terminal.

Desventajas: Was very cold on fight,

Desventajas: Wish seats were comfier and more legroom

Desventajas: Everybody boarded at the same time, it wasn’t by zones. Some sort of entertainment would’ve been nice.

Desventajas: They pushed my flight forward 15 hours but didn't tell me until five hours before my flight. Not only that but they didn't change the second leg of my trip so I was on the phone for an hour trying to straighten it out. Very stressful.

Ventajas: Departure and arrival times were accurate.

Desventajas: There were a few seats (mine included) who didn’t have a blanket. The AC was set to a VERY low temperature.

Ventajas: Nothing to like. Crew was unprofessional, rude, and no comfort in the flight.

Desventajas: Everything could be better. At least offer compliments coffee/sodas instead of charging for every little thing.

Desventajas: when we arrived to LAX we had to wait on the runway for about 45 minutes because supposedly there was another airplane in the place where we suppose to disembark.

Ventajas: The price was low.

Desventajas: Through the reservation website, at the last minute I paid extra to have a window seat. When I boarded, I didn’t have a window seat, so I paid for nothing. Flight was too warm. Only time I was able to get some sleep was when I turned my air blower full blast aimed at my face. Long and slow check-in.

Ventajas: The air hostess didn’t smile while offering cookies, but she wasn’t rude. She later asked my fellow passenger to move to another window seat and I had the comfort of 2 seats.

Ventajas: Crew were relatively friendly

Desventajas: No notification that boarding was delayed No in seat entertainment Older seats were not comfortable

Desventajas: Changed my flight time bc of Max 8 which ruined my meeting schedule. Then the outlets in my row were not working so I could not do work or watch entertainment.

Desventajas: We were delayed at the gate after getting on the plane. While the crew was communicative it would have been better if we were alerted before boarding
