Desventajas: Boarding took forever. Leaving the gate took forever. Dude next to me was crazy rude to me and the flight attendant.

Ventajas: Flight attendant was good

Desventajas: Everything else needed improvement

Desventajas: La impuntualidad, no sabían decirte nadaaaa

Ventajas: The crew was very nice throughout the flight. Very polite and accommodating.

Desventajas: USB ports / charging stations , an email stating there’s free entertainment with your personal devices so that the customer is aware that he/she will need a compatible device and the United app which you’re unable to download once boarded.

Ventajas: The crew was very nice.

Desventajas: Entertainment is nonexistent. There was no soap to wash hands in the front bathroom. They stopped serving sandwiches and they only offered beverage service once. I remember they used to offer sandwiches and offered beverage service twice.

Desventajas: 5 hours delayed, 2 cancels flight No rebooking with other airlines Wait a month to get rescheduled or get your money back, that was the option with less than 12 hours to depart. NEVER FLYING INTERJET AGAIN (well I actually could not fly..., they did not provid the service).

Desventajas: Punctuality

Desventajas: Cambian las puertas de abordaje súbitamente sin avisar y en la primera puerta que asignan no hay nadie para informar que la cambiaron, gracias a Kayak se entera uno de los cambios, debería la línea aérea tener mejor información a los pasajeros

Ventajas: Flight at time. Arrived earlier than expected.

Desventajas: I ordered a cava bottle and it was hot. But rest was ok

Ventajas: Not much. There was one flight attendant that seemed pleasant but I wouldn’t know for sure since the attendants ignored all passengers except for those who had preordered their meals.

Desventajas: It was extremely frustrating that there was no kiosk available when checking in. I did not have a bag to check, yet I waited on a ridiculously long line to check in for my flight. The people working the desk at the gate were slow and unpleasant. Service on plane was terrible.

Desventajas: Seats are too close together, very uncomfortable for long international flight

Desventajas: Flight was delayed. Took a long time to board.

Ventajas: Yes crew was great

Desventajas: More leg space

Desventajas: Really packed together seats...more room. Crew spoke very loudly on plane...jarring

Desventajas: On board entertainment was inop, making for a long (4) hours flight.

Ventajas: I think Delta is upping its game, and I’m pleased to see that. Almonds for snacks, phone info about the state of your checked bags—good stuff.

Desventajas: Of course the seat was not “super comfortable,” but whe you pick Economy, you know that.

Ventajas: The gentleman at the Huatulco airline counter was great , really exceptional with his service and attitude. Thank you so much.

Desventajas: The screen on my seat didn't work so I couldn't watch any movies. Crew was late arriving so we departed late. Check in procedure in MEX for connecting flight is a NIGHTMARE.

Desventajas: Lack of entertainment and snacks for a 3 hr flight

Desventajas: It was an old plane (with short First class) and they changed various time the departure time without explaining until letting us wait without news for an hour on the plane before takeoff... and arriving at Miami without a door available, we had to wait further 30+ minutes in the plane

Desventajas: Only negative is that the American Eagle flights must take a shuttle from the remote terminal.

Ventajas: On time flight

Desventajas: Not organized at all at the Mexican airport

Ventajas: The plane was brand new!

Desventajas: Every time my husband and I fly our seats get changed from our original picks. I make sure the tickets are linked and they still move us. Very irritating not sitting together especially when you take the time to ensure it doesn't happen.

Desventajas: We had to take a shuttle bus from the gate out to the plane, this made boarding very chaotic. The seats were not very comfortable- they needed more padding.

Desventajas: Miniature candy bars are not sufficient for an hour and a half flight.

Ventajas: Amazing crew and food and entertainment selection!

Desventajas: they cancelled me because of overbooking... after 10 years as an Avianca flyer... no more.. bad food.. delays.. has turned to a gargbage hauler airline... I am a Lifemiles member and was treated like I was doing them a favor... now never again

Ventajas: 2 problems - there wasn't enough time scheduled between my connection in mexico city when i was coming from florida to get through customs so I missed my connection and there wasn't any aeromexico staff around to assist. - the personal screens in each seat on the last flight from Mx city to Guadalajara couldn't be shut off and I was forced to have commercials being flashed very close in front of my face when I wanted to relax.

Desventajas: I flight en clase premier. En general el avión hacia Chicago no es nuevo ni confortable. La comida horrible. El vuelo atrasó sin dar explicaciones. Nos hicieron llegar a la puerta a pesar de que sabían del atraso .El equipo nada amables

Ventajas: Nothing!

Desventajas: Old Plane, My seat control had an error message, service could improve a lot it was a first class ticket and I had no service at all... I had just ONE DRINK during all the flight. Flight attendants were MIA the whole time. Food service was regular. I am completely disappointed of Aeromexico

Desventajas: Ramps up to the plane are a challenge for someone with movement problems. They had a mechanical issue that delayed departure for almost an hour for lack of a single screw.

Desventajas: Rude crew member who yelled at me from across the cabin. I had stopped at an empty row to sit and look out a window. She yelled at me to return to my seat.

Ventajas: The crewe members were great.

Ventajas: Packed flight. Ground crew did best to minimize carryon luggage. Flight crew were accommodating and cheerful despite almost 1H delay in departure.

Desventajas: Pilot had no control over turbulence during last 3H of flight. He did his best to minimize but still a jittery

Desventajas: A/C was not working well, cabin was too warm and stuffy. Long delay on take off. Can not hear and understand pilot through PA system.

Ventajas: Friendly flight staff, on time service.

Desventajas: Crew was not prepared with enough custom forms. When we arrived at airport it was a mad Scramble to find some.

Ventajas: Seat was comfortable, plane was quiet!

Desventajas: Everything. Especially fun was the thousands of mosquitoes INSIDE THE PLANE!!! Off to buy some calamine lotion.

Ventajas: The seats were very comfortable.. the service was responsive and friendly!

Desventajas: The actual flying part was smooth.. and all that flying can be expected.. my only problems were with flying thru Chicago..

Desventajas: Very crowded plane.

Desventajas: Second 2-hour delay in a row with United. Mechanical failures to blame in both cases.

Ventajas: Great leg room with nice leather seats and curved at the head that helps with sleeping. We got organized and out in a timely manner.

Desventajas: The last row (26) doesn't move back, makes sleeping that much more difficult.
