Pickup was incredibly slow. One employee working incredibly slowly at the counter, bantering at a snail's place with a customer while there were many others waiting in line. Show some urgency and balance friendliness with expedited service.Opinión del 21 feb 2023

Landed in Terminal B and there was no signage about how to get to rental car counter. There was no information in my booking confirmation email, either. It was simple once I figured out to go to Terminal A, but it took a while to figure that out.Opinión del 8 feb 2023

I was harassed to buy additional liability insurance and it was excessively offensive bordering too close to the edge of being unlawfully manipulative (I turned it down at the rental purchase and onsite 3 times). Car was broken (1. ac/heating not working, 2. Windshield wipers not working. 3. Broken radio and 4. Loud vibration in the engine after going above 40 mph). Tried exchanging at 4 different dollar locations and no one would take the car. Tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times and nobody helped or answered back. Probably the worst rental car experience ever. First and Last with dollar. By no means rent with this company where they simply don’t care about the customer.Opinión del 3 ene 2022

The wait was long to rent and return the car, due to there not being enough personnel to help customers. There was an even longer wait @ LaGuardia for the shuttle bus. We waited for the shuttle for more than 30 minutes while the other rental car buses came every 5 - 10 minutes. It was also difficult to find the rental return near La Guardia. Great vehicle, very clean and quick service. Better rates than we saw at other places. Fast and convenient pickup and drop-off. We paid upfront but be aware that at pick-up you will be charged taxes and other small fees, so we actually went above our projected budget than what our online charge showed.Opinión del 6 jul 2021
