Ventajas: Everything was great

Desventajas: Had the seats in the emergency exit row had liftable handles between the seats, it would have been more comfortable... the rigid seats where not easy on my hips for a 9 hour flight

Ventajas: Food, landing, departure. Wonderful aircraft

Desventajas: N/a

Ventajas: For the 9 hour flight it would have been nice to have a screen with movies available.

Desventajas: Flight left an hour late. Cramped seat. Only one drink service on a 4.5-hr flight. Disappointing.

Ventajas: Premium seating made a huge difference. Even though I am petite, I had a laptop, tablet and work that had to go under the seat in front of me, and I still had plenty of legroom.

Desventajas: The seatback offered free streaming of AA entertainment on my tablet, but when I opened the browser and selected entertainment, the only option was to pay $9.95, so I just watched downloaded Netflix episodes. Plus the movies offered on AA streaming didn't look especially good.

Desventajas: Seat was very hard and uncomfortable

Desventajas: I don’t understand why we had to pay for checked bags. Second, we paid for advanced assignment of 4 seats (middle) to travel together, but one person ended up getting separated; it does not make sense

Ventajas: Entertainment was okay.

Desventajas: Fight was late taking off. Sat on tarmac for almost an hour upon landing. Crew was unprofessional and did not keep the passengers updated on what was happening. Very disappointing.

Ventajas: Arrived alive.

Desventajas: Literally everything. Plane was super dirty upon boarding amongst other typical AA complaints.

Ventajas: Plenty of drink passes.

Desventajas: The staff was rude. Over heard gossiping about other travelers. At end of flight overhead announcement that our section of airplane using wrong bathrooms. It was rudely stated. Should have directed this instruction earlier in the flight. Very rude

Desventajas: Too freakin cold.

Desventajas: Not being delayed for 6 hours would’ve been better.

Desventajas: I always wonder why they load planes front to back, seems it would be more efficient back to front

Desventajas: Take off could have been better. It was delayed, but pilot helped resolve the problem; so, it was fine.

Ventajas: Premium economy was great

Desventajas: Toilets were broken

Ventajas: The crew was fine the seats were horrible. I will not fly American again as this is the second trip I took in the last year one to Japan one to Greece. Both times I felt like a sardine.

Desventajas: 2 inches in both directions.

Ventajas: Seat was ok because we paid more or has a “status”

Desventajas: Nothing has changed and nothing will-services is nothing to write home about, with yr little pack of pretzels-i am happy to get safely to my destination and that’s all that matters

Desventajas: Having air conditioning on an aircraft is critical on a hot summer day. Especially when a flight is delayed 2 hours on the tarmac! Miserable.

Desventajas: Exit row seats are too small.

Ventajas: I got a free coffee in the terminal which was pretty cool. I definitely needed it. And I've never seen a plane with TV channels. I liked that alot.

Ventajas: Same, crew was fine but we were held at the gate for a long time with no explanation. Got to Austin much later than expected.

Desventajas: Communication to the passengers.

Ventajas: Nice, normal flight.

Desventajas: Pilots not there on time, arrived perhaps 30 minutes late, didn’t say why.

Desventajas: Serving something substantial to eat would be nice.

Ventajas: The crew was attentive and helpful.

Desventajas: Our layover was originally supposed to be an hour and a half in Phoenix. As we were boarding the plane from Austin to Phoenix, we got a notification that our layover had been delayed an additional 5 hours due to construction at SFO. I’d have appreciated more of a heads up than as I’m boarding.

Desventajas: Exit row seats are too small.

Desventajas: Was not allowed to get on slightly early with a car seat and a 3 year old to get situated in the seats, though on every other flight we have been allowed to. There was a delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight.

Ventajas: Leg room was amazing, WiFi was great and entertainment selection was wonderful.

Desventajas: Our flight was delayed about 30-45 minutes. Would have been perfect if on time.

Desventajas: Hard landing. Crew appeared agitated and on edge.

Ventajas: Seating was humanely spacious with very good leg room. I like boarding both ends of the plane.

Desventajas: The flight was only 38 minutes- not enough time to judge or rate more than what was given above

Desventajas: 6 hour flight did not have meal or entrainment. There were no blankets available. The cabin temperature was warm in the front of the plane and cold in the back of the plane

Desventajas: Flight was good. Since flying is everyday anymore if you want perks you will just have to pay for something more.

Desventajas: This is my second time bad experience with ticketing desk crew. The lady (Her name is Maria) at issuing boarding passes was real rude. First of all she doesn’t know how to enter India OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) information. She was keep saying I do not have a visa to go to India. Which I do not

Desventajas: The salad was included two unmentioned items that were unwelcome: bleu cheese and pasta.

Desventajas: The flight was not on time. The staff broke my carry-on zip for expansion and refuse to admit it was a suitcase damage which need to be repair. They said put a belt around it to use it !!!! It is a 1 year new piece of luggage from Delsey which is a very good quality brand and expensive!!!!!!

Ventajas: Lots of room. Great crew. We left early. We arrived early.

Ventajas: Most of them were nice and willing to assist on the plane with nice smile and everything. There was this one lady who was being very arrogant,rude and also not nice with a bad attitude I asked for some water and ice she was being defensive about that. The other two were nice but her not at all !

Desventajas: Make sure the flights attendants do not give the people flying an hard time when they ask for something if they ask is because they need it dont make a big deal out of it plus they say that if we need anything let them know me needing some water and ice should not be an issue

Desventajas: My entertainment system wasn't working. Kept freezing and restarting. I was allowed ton switch seats, but the same thing happened on the others I tried.
