Absolutely awful. I had to wait for 3 hours to get a car and then the car I got smelled like cigarette smoke. Had to smell that for a 9 hour drive home.Opinión del 11 jul 2023

The vehicle provided to me had a problem with the ABS system that made braking in ice conditions almost impossible and placed me and my family in grave danger whilst travelling in Vermont in winter. I have raised this with them and they indicate that there is nothing that can be done. I regard this as unacceptable and I will never rent from them again.Opinión del 12 ene 2023

We book via Kayak with rentalCars.com and the car rental place was already closed by the time our plane landed and we were not able to get our rental car - with 3 kids, in the rain and a weeks worth of luggage - we had to get a car from another rental office that stayed open passed 8:30pm, in NYC!Opinión del 27 nov 2021

Don’t tell me to wait for paperwork then have me stand still for 40 minutes. Missing flights isn’t fun. Also, only offering an updated Itinerary that’s 48 hours removed from my original flight time is out right criminal. You’ve done nothing to help me. Zero Value as a customer.
